the reason for all the confusion about this is that there is a torrent around that has all the tracks messed up.

for instance, on the torrent, beaten with sledges is switched with spokes on the wheel and this, arc of the pendulum, and fountains of the forgotten are all messed up

"Island of Lost Minds" is the pinnacle of Buckethead's atonal playing.

It took me a long time to warm up to that disc. Coincidentally, it was released on tour right around when this disc was, so you know he was in the atonal zone, so to speak.

HAH! I enjoyed the disc right from the get-go, but maybe that's only because I've been constantly inundating myself with Bucket's work (after having discovered him a few months ago). Island of Lost Minds would be the worst thing to recommend people who haven't developed that taste for Bucket flavor though
