Thanks for your question. MyFax will try up to three attempts to send the fax. In the case where, after three attempts, the fax has not been sent successfully, the account would not be charged for the fax.

Here is a question. If I send a fax and the receiving side is down and I get an email stating the receiving side is not reachable. Would it still count as one outgoing fax or unless the Fax is sent succussfully the outgoing fax stays nil?
