I have the Gemstone 8930, im so happy with it. Its just perfect. I have it for over a year now and never had problems.. windows 7 runs it like a rocket. So fast.. and perfect gaming graphics. This laptop is just perfect.

The lighted feature on the left I've not seen in person, I assume they have ID hardware on them, I can see HDMI output. Mine is the 4710 and I put a few vids to document it. BIOS is still locked, keyboard is partially functioning, not the perfect machine as mine was used, still I am on it presently using a USB attached keyboard!

the gemstone 6920G is probably the best value laptop on the market at the moment, if you want a laptop to play games for less than £600, this is the one to get. Highly recommended, also contains a blu-ray player and a HD screen (up to full HD on some models, most have 720p. It's a steal and only £530 from PC world!

Meh, mine can play Crysis on high, I'm happy. That and Asus laptops are easier to upgrade because they make and sell their components. I guess I didn't get this one because it was just a little over the top. It is still cool though. Besides the Asus was only $1050 CDN :D

Asus M50Sv-A1, it costs 1399 and it can play Crysis with some high settings, but for the sake of gameplay, only textures is on high, everything else is on medium-low. It looks great and plays well, which is pretty good for a 1399 laptop. Other then Crysis, it can max out most other games.

It is equipped with geforce 9560m gs, it should be same level as 8700m gt. It can run cod4 in all high setting hopefully and of course WOW.

it isnt equipped with a geforce 9560! this is the 16 inches version. just the 18 inches has got a 9560. this one uses a geforce 9500. but its also good.

I own an Acer 5920g (PC- Windows, aside from some iAtkos'ing). I generally agree in the "trendy" apple ignorance, but your points are so poorly represented. I'm Windows first as I'm a gamer but you're getting defensive and fanboyish yourself. Macbook air IS expensive. It's also got the fastest ULV processor and a 64gb SSD which put it ahead (aside from the x300) in its field (ultra portable laptops). The Air and 6920g are NOT for the same market, thus making them somewhat incomparable.
