YAY Debbie Gibson! I think she just earned 4th place in my ranking. Sorry. I think shes great and I admire her and all the other great actresses who played Belle since it is my dream. Did she play Belle before or after A Change in Me was added?

She was Belle a year before they added "A Change in Me". The Belle after her was Kerry Butler and then Toni Braxton. When Toni joined the cast, that's when "A Change in Me" was added.

Sorry. Correction: She replaced Kerry Butler in September 1997 and was with the show till June 1998. Kim Huber did the show for a few months after her and then Toni came in.
