Lol It's funny how seeing these arguements over whether or not one cut like that can kill you... It actually CAN kill you, when a major artery is cut open you can bleed out within seconds... The most open artery (in other words it's not really surrounded by bone or anything just thing layer of muscle and skin) is the Juggular which is in the neck. Slice that open and you can die instantly, and like it shows in the video she slices her wrist open right? There is an artery there as well... So yea

@butters5007 No if you just cut/slice your vain it will bleed more than usual, yes, but you won't lose even 1 liter, and you have about 5 liters, so that is kinda impossible to die on. But I rather don't have a discussion about this subject (i love discussions, but this subject is kinda hard for me). But I'll just say I'm very interested in anatomy, and so I know you won't die from the cut you could see in the screen ;)

When I first saw this video, I had started to cut. I had thought of it as no big deal, It helped me somehow. Seeing all the blood though had made me freak out, hyperventilating, nearly crying. It made me stop for a while, but it pressed dark thoughts. I've attempted suicide 6 times, but this video has been stuck in my mind about how sad I'd leave everyone, so in a way, this video helped save my life. I'm still in the dark but I'm closer to the light.
