I cant use an tools or do anything to a picture. I always have the hand tool and I cant get rid of it idk why... it has always worked but now its only hand tool. I hope someone can help

@runx0rxdi3 That does not always work...If you rely on a tool to do the work it sometimes can't tell where to draw the line when the colors are merging. This method can be used for detailed cut outs.
