I used to have a Spider amplifier, the same as yours and I hated it, I wouldn't be able to get a good tone from my pedal with that crappy amplifier because Line 6 shit has already built it's own stuff inside, like distortion and effects.

well..once you get to D you never go back...heavier tone etc..kinda addictive.....

well if i want to play some songs that are in E i just pitch them down with Audio Retoucher 3-cool program for that stuff.

hahah told ya! i would have tabbed it a long time ago but i though...i tabbed by ear...and now all you can do is watch me ..its kinda easy and obvious:P but there is a correction.Insted of playing 6-5-6 .play 6 on the 4th string(3rd from above) and then 10 on 5th and again 6..and let them ring :) thats the way to play it..i saw it live:P

mcstubby - i'm not into this either but i'd go for Bb minor. though, i'm not sure if using keys is a clever approach to play songs related to black metal since dissonances are frequently used elements and could screw up this strategy. once again - i do not know a lot about this stuff. good luck
