Biodanza is a powerful transformative system.Importantly, for me it is pleasurable too.There are many systems of transformation that are painful processes. Biodanza, a Heart centred way is wonderfully nourishing and enjoyable. As an Acupuncturist, Shiatsu and Tai Chi teacher of over 23 years, I can say that Biodanza has more transformative power for our relationships. It deepens authenticity. This is probably the most important part of being Human, is it not?
Biodanza is a powerful instrument for the reclamation of our personal and collective humanity and for the creation of a world based on the joy and fullness of being alive. Holistically balancing, physiologically renovating, emotionally liberating and existentially empowering, it calls us to take responsibility for our own lives, to embody the fullness and richness of our existence, to follow the call of the wild, to commune with the sacred and to live with passion and outmost reverence for LIFE!
