i have a green one like this and he doesnt talk hes bout 1 year old and ive had him for probally 1 month and a half he bites and he doesnt let me hold him...can u tell me how to make him talk and that?
IRN's really are amazing little birds. Mine doesn't talk yet but can wolf whistle perfectly, and she's such a sweetie. Little Busey is quite a smart bird!
omg, I love Indian Ringneck. I use to have one for like two years and just about two months ago, he flew away :( He is the best out of my other birds that I also have such as buggie, cockatiel, and love bird...yes i have all of those, but I truely miss my blue indian ringneck. I could even cry just thinking about him.
Don't parrots live a long time?

Busey will live 20-30 years, but some parrots can live 80-90 years!

Go to indianringneck dot com and join the forums. There are a lot of people there who have had wild IRNs and have successfully tamed them.
Remember, all parrots are different and your parrot may never be cuddly - but he can be taught not to bite and how to interact with you.
