It's strange how the mind keeps trying to form the impression of particular musical instruments even when the (accompaniment) uses purely electronic sounds. Not only does it form these impressions but it then associates them with images or memories. Somehow I suspect we need to overcome this urge if we're to fully explore the possibilities of electronically created sound.
