My ONLY problem is the animation choice. They brought the animation of the DCAU into the third dimension when this show would have benefited from hand drawn animation

@moviejew No it wouldn't have.  CGI works perfectly for the Green Lantern universe, and all the energy constructs.

@Shin27ecstasy not anymore but it used to be, now depending on the kind of comp ani it can be way cheaper than classic animation

Finally we see some new lantern colours, here's hoping for Blue and Orange and the characters show look interesting as well, Razor in particular

CGI doesn't make the show, just look at Beast Wars. Maybe questionable CGI is now a recurring theme in GL :D

@S0larisPrime Actually, it's not the animation that I find bad. In fact, the animation looks good, nice and smooth with some good facial expressions. It's the CG itself; the minimalist style is hard to pull off without making it look bland and flat. Sadly for Green Lantern it seems to have fallen into that trap. For the record I'm not singling out this show, I'm also not a fan of the (slightly better) graphics used in Clone Wars.
