  • The dancers are brilliant and so are the songs, really uplifting. Thank you!

  • Too bad there isn't a higher resolution for this.

  • Agnetha, the subtle beauty that has captivated my nights and my heart.

  • those 2 look very awkward!

  • amen jag dööööör......hur fult kan man dansa........

  • @sariLund om 30 år kommer vi nog tycka att sättet man danser på idag är förbannat fult också... så fult att man döööööör....

  • at the time it was normal to lipsynch... maybe you can't remember or are too young to remember... but it was common.

  • And I, as much as I can understand that the Japanese wanted to enliven the performance (as there was any such need here), am dissapointed as for the greater part od the clip you see the dancers even close up, Whatever for? And they hardly show Agnetha and Frida. Or the boys for that matter. Really annoying.

  • Viva Japan! This is my favorite ABBA clip. Frida strikes poses like never before!

  • Yes on the lip synch...identical to the album recording. The dancing is almost as awesome as the finale in Xanadu with Olivia Newton-John!

  • did they lyp synch?

  • i love how their voices add to eachother =)

    the dancers in the second part make me wonder if they broke a few bones while doing that performance though ^^;;

  • Everything about Abba is always wonderful. Tiger is one of my favorites by them. If you look closely, the girls' mics even match their costumes. Talk about color coordination!

  • I really liked the dancers

  • GOOG SHOW

  • frida is the best

  • yes frida is the best

  • fridas hot hot hot!!!!!!

  • i think this is the genius of abba that they knew how to mix in with the culture that they were in. the way they dance with those guys

  • Look at Frida when they shift to "Tiger"... My God, she's Modesty Blaise!!!

  • Sorry, I would rather watch abba than the weird dance. Cool songs though

  • I'm SHOCKED at all the negative comments on this video.

Three words are all you need to know:

    Agnetha. Frida. Catsuits.

All else, Japanese dancers included, is inconsequential.......

  • Oh I love this! It's so funny. How did they manage to keep a straight face?? Nice sparkly catsuits though...

  • How? It was the 70's. You had to be there to get it. No, we're not proud of it, but man it was fun.

  • Good point. The 70's, much like the 80's, was an "art for art's sake" era. You weren't supposed to morph your personal into identity into the song/music.

Today (generation text) wears their music like it's "who they really are". And that very relationship to music, in itself, is truly sad and embarrassing. I really hope that one day they will "get that".

  • This particular video is best listened to, not watched. Tremendous music!

  • A profound observation... spot on!

  • these 2 songs are great! i really love "That's Me".

  • very well done!! this is great, working up a sweat like that. good work-out. ABBA rules!!!!!

  • the dancing during the first song isn't so bad, but the second one.. frankly, it's god awful, particularly the male dancers. a tragedy of hilarious proportions.

Frida's pose at the start of Tiger makes it all better though.

  • just plain FUNNY

  • That's Me reminds me of Carrie, the classic horror movie. Both the song and the movie, ironically, was released in the same year, 1976.

The performance was great, ABBA and the dancers!

  • This video was about ABBA or dancers??? I only can say ABBA are amazing!! dancers... no more words

  • Is this a Japanese TV program?

  • Frida looks very Emma Peel with that stance in Tiger, all power, beauty and womanly.

  • The neck and arm action in Tiger was hilarious! Frida's movements during Tiger on the other hand, was awesome. Very precise

  • The song: great!

Agnetha & Frida: awesome, as usual.

    The dancers....priceless!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!

  • thank you!! the tiger frida fantastic

  • Hi Angel 585 I`m sure You are right. I did piss me trousers two - this dancing is so rediculous

  • "abba must have almost pissed their pants laughing when they first saw those dancers!!! lol!! I know i almost did!!" -Dutchy023

Haha, exactly how I was feeling, but it was all good entertainment. The part where the guys are throwing there arms up and down during the Tiger, hilarious! They remind me so much of Chris Katan :P

  • lol, you're right.. EXACTLY how I would imagine Katan dancing. In fact, the dancing throughout Tiger reminds of some comedy skit they would have done on SNL or SCTV. This is just about the most unintentionally funny thing I've ever seen.

  • hyped-up little people are a thing of entertainment I'm telling you :p

  • What Japanese I know I can put on the pointy end of a pin but the katakana made me think of geography. Taiga? Siberian tigers maybe.

  • Shameless, yes. But notice how feminine the dancers are! A far cry from the totally unnatural hyper-controlled monkey-dancers today. Much more enjoyable to watch.

  • ABBA belting out a back-to-backer through a veil of Asians. Very cool video. Outstanding!

  • Eye of the tiger

  • Go abba

  • I'd have liked to see more of ABBA and less of those crazy dancers!

  • those costumes look like bits of glitter ball ,dancers whats with them ? brillant dancing though

  • Very classy!Beautifully staged and choreographed. Those costumes remind me of something Catwoman could wear. Me-ow! And doing "Tiger" on Japanese TV, what could be more appropriate? Good sound quality, too. Thanx 4 posting.

  • Great Performance.

  • abba must have almost pissed their pants laughing when they first saw those dancers!!! lol!! I know i almost did!!Thanks for the upload!!
