  • Do they make a replaceable battery for this device

  • @gfc56 ebay

  • how you do that

  • Is there any way to make it less laggy?

  • I mean on sansa clip plus?

  • can you get super mario bros on this?

  • where do you put the games when you download them

  • Lyrics: DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO

  • SO

    FUNKY

  • sideways AND out of focus! This is an amazing youtube fail.

  • wow billy jean nice :)

  • shadowoble101: If you want to play roms, make a new folder in your sansa call it whatever you want(Iboy or something) then put the roms in it you want to play, then go to the FILES then find your new folder you made. The rom you put in it should be there click on it and the game will work. I have a sanza fuze and it worked for me so hopefully that works.

  • i have a sansa c240 or 250 and i got rockbox on it. i can play doom on it so do you think i can get this to work? If you know please help me out

  • @shadowoble101 just create a folder in your sansa, name it "roms" or whatever you want, put ONLY gameboy (.gb) or gameboy color (.gbc) roms in it (it won't work with .gba). After safely ejecting your sansa, turn it off and turn it on again. Go to "files" then open the "rom" folder and select the rom you want to play. (don't rename your roms with the sansa or it won't work. You don't need nothing, because the rockbox already has an emulator for the roms, so just drag your roms and have fun.

  • @eldom20 thanks for the help, and if you also know how to do the doom addons correctly thatd be great too. thanks again

  • @shadowoble101 just go to the rockbox webpage, then to the left hand column you'll see it says "releases", click that. then click the yellow button that says "download installer" after you download it, make sure your sansa is connected. run what you just downloaded and select your sansa, and then go to extras and under it, you'll see it says "doom" click it and it'll install it

  • @shadowoble101 doom runs using way less resources, your better putting linux on it (yes linux, rockbox uses a linux platform, but rockbox doesnt run iBoy as well as the mobile linux does)

  • wtf billy jean haha

  • I have not long installed the latest version on my i river h340 it adds so much more to it including playing games like doom not that its easy to play. best thing is it will dual boot on my iriver i can either use rocbox or iriver firmware .

  • the problem 2 me is that rockbox makes the sansa screen look wack. i mean cuz i like my screen setting on sanza fuze, but rockbox looks dark and stuff with no design

  • its free, so yes.

  • its free, you can play games, plus you can also use the origional format

  • Is it worth what? Did you even do minimal research on the matter before posting? I see no complications with installing Rockbox, considering it's free, effective, and even has an auto-installer so morons can't fuck up their sansa. :/

  • Does anyone know if theres an app for that?

  • @TheJahn1 only if you jailbreak. and the free version doesn't save, to save you need the 4.99 version from cydia

  • @TheJahn1 ROCKBOX!!!

  • how can you make it not lag

  • you cant...

  • what else can u play on a sansa e250 from rockbox and if u can how plz lead me step by step

  • Comment removed

  • where do you get emulator for fuze?

  • @gatana1 Use Rockbox on Rockbox.org. Just read their site carefully or my other reactions if you want more help.

  • can it be used with the sansa view

  • thanks

  • is there any way to do this on v2

  • yes there is,

  • will rockbox work with a sansa fuze?????

  • @MistaTrix Yes

  • wut all comes wit tha update on tha e260???

  • where do you get rocbox

  • @heyskate48 Rockbox.org

  • I have a sansa e200 with rockbox. do you know how i can play gba games? can somebody show me or give me a link of a page showing how to do it? i havent found any page yet to explain me.

  • eldom20: look at description!

  • thanks! yeah, i need to pay attention next time!

  • k, remember that!

  • @eldom20 You cannot play gba games (they say it in their FAQ). Only Gameboy color and Gameboy. Just go to coolrom[dot]com, romnation[dot]net or romhustler[dot]net. Download a rom to your player to whatever folder you want and open it via the file browser ("Files" in main menu").

  • @Fl0Vid yeah, i already knew it. but thanks, though. i posted that comment like a year ago, when i didn't know how to do it, but i already know is just .gb or .gbc roms

  • whats the name of this song??

  • Billy Jean by Michael Jackson

  • how do you do that

  • does the program work for the sansa fuze??

  • Not yet.

  • when do u think it will b?

  • I'll give you the same answers the Rockbox developers would. It will be finished when it's finished.

  • If you download RockBox, can you still listen to songs and videos you've downloaded onto it before?

  • yes u could still listen to all ur songs and vids........GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

  • yes you can still listen to videos and songs you've downloaded before as long as they are DRM free.

  • @Pneumatiphobia Yes. Nothing will be deleted.

  • :43 if u look carefully u can see the mouse curser

  • Can u download more games on ur sansa 200 even though u have rockbox ??

Is there a site for that ?

  • @ItsNidal If you have rockboxed your MP3 player you can download until your hard disk is full, gameboy and gameboy color roms can be found on coolrom[dot]com, romnation[dot]net, romhustler[dot]net

  • Hey, can this work on the 4g sansa fuze

  • sadly no... or should i say not yet! the people at Rockbox are working hard (i think) to make a new version compatible with the Fuze. baste on the facts that i know we should be playing Mario on or Fuze's in a couple of months. (hopefully)

and their all volunteers working on the project no one is paying them...(unless you donate.) so there probably not working night and day. that's why it is going to take a while.

  • if i install rockbox in my e260 will i still be able to listen to music?

  • yes

  • @picklejuice150 Yes, actually a music player is included in Rockbox.

  • I fany questions please come to my account and ask cause i know a lot about this please and thankyou

  • i got a sansa e280, would putting games on it make the battery go down really quick??

  • The lifetime of the battery is like 20 hours for MP3, I used mine all day pretty much (got my e260 yesterday as a gift) and the battery hardly went down much. At that you could at least expect 2-4 hours of games, at least (Because of backlight and everything).

  • if i were you i would return it

  • I tried Rockbox.

It is just pure awesome, there's so many features it's hard to explain in 1 or even several YouTube comments. You have to try it for yourself. Doom works pretty good, Doom II does anyways (I put the full game WAD in the add on folder and just used that and it worked perfectly). It's a little hard to play with those controls though.

  • can this work on sandisk sansa fuze

  • no it can't

  • would ths work on the view?? or should i just buy yours?? and where can i get it??

  • srry i asked about pokemon i only watched when u were playing mario srry

  • oh crap!

  • if u have a psp 16gb sandisk with folders in it with music can u use it on

Sansa e260 or do u have 2 earse all of it because i'm thinking of buying one and i dont know if u can do that

  • helo. Is it possible to play in every gameboy's games? For example GTA?

  • i love the song where can i get it??

  • Billie Jean :)

  • @nossracer u can download the audio of this video with Dvdvideosofts youtube downloader:] i did:].

  • i did this yesterday,,,,its so awsome,,it has a cool windows xp background and loads of games, fonts, themes, and it even comes with a voice thingy mabob that says what songs your playing

  • cool! can u make a tutorial on how to add them on there or at least send me a messge plez! like do you need rockbox?

  • @videoshare123 Yes, you need rockbox. Rockbox.org. You can still listen to music and video's when you've Rockbox on your MP3 player. If you don't like it you can delete it and go back to the old system. If you want a stable build, go to "releases". If you want a newer, but buggier build than the stable one, go to "current build".

  • Too many people who have horrible grammar have asked this question, so im confused about the answer. I'm about to buy a refurbished e250, attaching a 2gig microSD to it. If i rockbox it will i also be able to listen to music and watch videos? Or does it completely change the os?

  • late I know, but yes, of course you are able to play music, it's 1000 times better that the original firmware. you can even browse your files and open jpg mp3 txt some movie files etc etc

  • i dont get it i see you have up down left and right, and room for a or b so where is the extra button? the scroll, menu or rec?

  • @xerolankadiaraistlin

For example: you can use the up button for "up", down button for "down", etc. Scroll left for "A", scroll right for "B", middle button for "select", home for "start" and power on/off for menu. The power on/off button will not turn your Sansa off during gameboy mode.

  • is this permenent on ur sandisk so u can't listen to music and video's

  • no.

  • @ninten321 You can still listen to music and video's when you've Rockbox on your MP3 player. If you don't like it you can delete it and go back to your older firmware.

  • i can't :S:S:S explain it better pleaaaasssseeee!!!

  • how come when i turn mine on the sandisk screen there arent white stripes on the top and bottom?

  • Nice vid.So when I go to that website, what do I click on so I can download it onto my sansa e260?

  • reg a user then download games from the gameboy and put them on your player with rockbox :)

  • @Halloweenation

If you want a stable build, go to "releases". If you want a newer, but buggier build than the stable one, go to "current build".
