yes, it really is and furthermore, this was recorded when I had it in D tuning. shortly afterwards I moved it up to F tuning (CFAD, a fourth above "standard") and it just barks like a big dog. I'm very happy with it.

@krabberscovers thanks! yeah, it's quite the ukulele, especially for being such a teensy little beastie. it barks loud enough (especially now that I've tuned it up to F) for me to use it outside busking.

It's hard to tell what strumming you're doing. What is your pattern? I like.

@guyute74 I rarely think in "patterns" so it's hard to answer this question when I get it. The best I can tell you is that it's a combination of just straight on the beat chops with triplets thrown in.

That was very cool, and thanks for showcasing the sopranino uke. That has a heck of a voice for something so small. It sounds like you have it tuned to C, but can it be tuned higher, say in F or G?  Also, where do you get a case to fit it?

In this video I have it tuned to D but I've recently tuned it up to F.

It just lives in a soprano case with a little extra padding thrown in around the lower bout. I wouldn't mind having a case that was just its size, but I'm not holding my breath until someone starts making them!

He can slap that paw o' his all over the uke and still make the enchanting sounds that we always get from a HH video!
