Shame how you who ran away from him at his very hour of need here in the USA, now can turn around to say how he needed help, God, bible, etc. YOU hypocrites! Majek remain powerful at both his hour of need and fame...... I hadn't got to know his story or music beforehand, till I bumped into this particular music. Hail him, Majek. Hope to meet u some day in East Africa, my homeland.
my people, dis man needs help from the most high God, when i saw dis man in the street of houston, i know d fact beyond any doubt that he needs help, the bible says "How are d mighty falling" dat is d case of majek fashek. confirm dis from any nigerian in houston tx and new-york, i still believe in the power of resurrection of Jesus Christ that dis man will rise again and testify to God's mercy in his life.
@niranyemi Yes you are right! about ten years ago the state I saw him was really bad that I was running away from him because I was scare in NY city. He used to come to the office where I work in Staten Island. One day I was standing at the bus-stop he saw me from back and was able to recognized me, and called me by my name. I don't know what his condition is right now, but I prayed that God help him because he is such a very nice guy.
saw fashek in some club in houston, the dude is wasted mehn.....couldnt even take a snap shot wit him....lik he said, path to destruction is wide, guess dats d path he followed.....its so unbelievable what drug can do in a man's life....
I refuse, a lot have and will do, to start looking at MF as if he is an example of woe and tragedy. Perhaps he has fulfilled his potential and become one of the biggest stars to come out of Africa. Perhaps he has made mistakes.. so what? And.. who hasn't? For your info he is still out there making music. His back catologue of incredible music bears testimony to his talent. Lets stop taking pop shots at one of the most innovative musicians to have created music for us to enjoy
Majek, once again you've pulled it off Rasta. Superb quality of instuments and lyrics. What else can I say......Bless 'em, teach 'em once again Rasta. Texas is listening to you!
@Markks100 which school? Life itself is a whole educational institution. If his little idiosyncracy is "you know" of what significance is that to anything? the bull that you read on these boards is unbelievable. If he were to say "G" or any other American type sentence filler he suddenly becomes the most educated person on earth?
Hi Ezinwanne, never met majek but i had d opportunity to watch him as a kid at the bar beach, he was simply irresitable but when someone of his calibre is used to announce the arrival of tuface then you would probably get my drift. He simply lost it. He had d potential to be the best that was. No insult to his personality but cant help feeling he is a waste.
one of life,s greatest gift ,wasted tru just one life mistake....i wish we all learn on the dangers of drugs of watever type..i wish its just reversable....
In as much as we love this man, it's no doubt that he is deep on something. It's like Bobby Brown,we can't deny that glaring fact.Lets just pray for him
majek can still come back.its not too late for anyone in life to make a u-turn.his songs are prophetic like marley and lucky dube.GOD RESTORE MAJEK AMEN
Who come talk say Majek don finish? See our man with this little patience effort...Thanks November productions. Majek still da reggae king...Yes when the man came from US to Benin recently for a show, he bobbled still and hey! E be like say Bro Majek don turn preacher, he came out with a bell saying 'Repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand'...Do not criticize his personal life bcos the bobo music get plenty message pass many preachers...Rock on Majek
Na Igbo things make am dey do am like that o.he was in Royal Marble live where me and my guys made him felt he was home, and we even hanged out in his hotel room...he's so cool mehn. He's d man.
I'm not after Majek's personal or private life. All am here to do is listen and watch and rate. So after watching "I'm not afraid" I knew the guy is back fully and "A little patience" is a word of courage to all the guys out there. Majek is a great guy!
Lack of self control is killing this talented man. The guy is high 24/7..what a waste, if only he would control whatever he is hooked on...the sky is the limit.
may god restore majek

@kawikahob1 Some people can never be as human as you and me, let alone be a helpful friend.
Thanks to the internet a lot of life experience is and have been documented.
Be careful with those around you, just in case.
