Lesson learned for Man City. Money doesn't always buy success. Perhaps they should invest another 300 million this summer to buy another bunch of players to attempt at winning the premier league. Of course they'll be successfull this season, but thats down to the money. United are successfull because they make good players and good teams, they don't buy half as much as City do. But when City eventually spend all their money, the fans will go and support the next big club anyway.

United have bought players of course, but they don't buy the biggest players for ridiculous amounts of money. They buy talented footballers, and make them into great players. Yaya toure started at cb against united in the 2009 final. aguero, balotelli, tevez, lescott, nasri, clichy, adebayor, robinho were all world famous when man city bought them. Your best overall players are Micah Richards and Joe Hart, who are both home grown English men. Proves that money doesn't always buy success. Man City buy as if they're a 12 year old geeky child playing on fifa, trying to build a dream team...
