Yo get around the whole warnings that you have to click a million times...

Server Manager>Security Information>Configure IE ESC...

Just shut off Admin and Users, press okay, and the warnings will go away. :)

Windows Server 2008 doesn't come with Secure FTP by default? Microsoft has fallen behind the times.

FTP is one of the point where they introduced no innovation at all.

Visual Studio's FTP is a joke, and we all have to use a third party software if we want to move files around.
