  • this song for me is meant for syria and lybia cause there presednt is cruel and the citizins are trying to bring power bak to there land

  • that is the best bass ive ever heard

  • I live off of that early 90s Rage, Alice in Chains, Tool, GNR, STP, Pearl Jam, ... love all that stuff forever!

  • This is some of the most powerful music I have ever heard.

  • Add Kyuss to your list of 90's bands people. Start with Allen's Wrench and Freedom Run.

  • OcCuPy ThE wOrLd

    ~

I love RATM...just play their stuff whenever you protest :D

  • Rage Against the Machine, Tool, Stone Temple Pilots, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Audioslave, Soundgarden, Primus, Green Day, Jane's Addiction, Foo Fighters, Bassnectar, Smashing Pumpkins, Beck, Sublime, 311, White Stripes, Cake, Stone Roses, Nine Inch Nails, and not in that order. Anything I'm missing?

  • @0k0sMrHazard Hmm...I agree with RATM, Tool, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Audioslave, Primus, Beck, Sublime, The White Stripes, and NIN...

System of a Down, Dead Kennedys?

  • @CaraAsoleada As you can probably see al of these bands (maybe except for White Stripes and Bassnectar) were popular in the 90's. I'm not a big fan of SOAD and they only had one album in the 90's, which wasn't even their breakthrough album. I still consider them a great metal band though. I sure do like the Dead Kennedys, I don't know much about them though, and I would probably consider them more of an 80's band. I'm glad to see some people like good music.

  • @0k0sMrHazard Ahh...I get'cha.

I do like 90s Green Day...their stuff turned to shit by the turn of the century though...imo

yes, the Dead Kennedys are more of an 80s band.

Some other 90s bands are Sonic Youth (becoming more popular in the 90s, that is), The Breeders (their most successful album released in the 90s), Ride, and a lot of 'punk' such as Blink-182 and all that.

  • @CaraAsoleada I totally agree with you on 90's Green Day, it's definitely their best, even though some of their newer stuff isn't all that bad. I don't know too much about Sonic Youth or the Breeders, but I'll look into them because they are 90's bands and that is my favorite decade for music. Blink-182 is pretty good.

  • @0k0sMrHazard Possibly Metallica or Slipknot, but otherwise; you've hit the nail right on the head there.

  • We need more bands like them. Occupy everything!!!!!

  • Lets get it on!

  • Listening to this in Spain, where the right majority party has just won the selections although the 15M protest movement and the people from Sol square... such a sad day for the democracy, fuck bipartidism... and Ford help us with this four years we have in front of our eyes...

  • Take the power back,in Albania especially.....+ in all other sadist countries.

  • English teacher: in senior year taught us about mass psychology and the education system and that we needed to be the change. The only teacher in twelve years to say something I knew all along: Don't believe/or take into context everything you here in school. Question Things. Everything...At least when dealing with teachers: TEACHERS EVEN ENCOURAGED IT. They'd be like: "What? No one has another opinion?" I feel sort of lucky cause not every school's like thatTake the power back teacherswhocare!

  • No more lies xD

i think its clear now xD

  • favorite RATM song right here

  • RATM es la cultura = RATM is the culture

  • America has so much potential, yet all of our leaders are terrible and overall selfish. :/

  • I don't care if you're a liberal, conservative, or a fuckin anarchist, these guys know what they are talking about. They play a song we can all sing along to. They speak a message we could all stand to listen to and think about. I love my country, the USA, but we gotta take the power back.

  • That is some funky ass bass! Tim C. is one of my favorite bassists.

  • You need to understand that we live in an Oligarchy not a Democracy or even a representitive republic. The top 1% control 80+% of our wealth so how are we going to "consume" to keep factories running? I'm sorry but the only way to seize the power that our Constitution grants us we will need to go to extremems. "God I wish it could be peaceful but there can be no sequal." All we have to do is march on mass [10,000,000 +" ] to the Capital and see if our fellow citizen soldiers fire on un.

  • Saw these guys in like '96 in Boise ID. They played in an old Idaho state penetentury. Security was walking the walss like prison guards......It was EPIC!! They were so clean it was amazing. it sounded like they were playing a CD.

  • FUCK ME

    that bass is amazing

    =(

  • @stikkitomatri noo weve took the streets.

  • This is about forced ideals in the US - how the American government wants their citizens to conform to the "ideal" American dream. If you don't agree with their opinions, you could be considered a terrorist.

  • @TheBlackSedan Eh, false. It's more about dismantling the system of perpetual hedonism and domination by the monied class over the democratic system and substituting it with the principles the nation was once founded on- good will, brotherhood, and coming together to provide for the common welfare.

  • Occupy Wall Street's theme song right here

  • @TyMan1229 Nope.jpg. OPW is fucking retarded. They'll only get anything done if they get violent; which isn't going to happen, so fuck them.

  • Make your voices heard! Start a real dialogue! Engage in real democracy!

    TAKE THE POWER BACK!!!

    OCCUPY TOGETHER

  • The soundtrack of the revolution

  • "First they ignore us, then they laugh at us, then they fight us, then we win" - Gandhi

  • cant stop listening to this shit!fucking delicious ;D

  • Great song! Dumb video!

  • This should be the theme song of the Wall Steet protesters.

  • @dfbhcf Awesome I was thinking the same thing while listening to this song and then I scrolled down and saw your message. Awesome.

  • Occupation across the country. Join the revolution.

  • United States Of America, take the power back.. To the people.. for the people

  • anarchist funk rawk

  • This is just the perfect soundtrack to the occupy wall street movement! I dream about Rage showing at wall street and just blow the fat middle aged violent police's minds out. It would be the most beautiful thing.

  • @syk0saje dude, capitalism failed. conscience is growing. peace from italy!

  • @syk0saje I may be consider middleclass but I agree. WALLSTREET SuCkS!

  • @00Viral00 comments like this make me sad. takes people decades and a global economic collapse to realize corruption has taken control, but instead of removing and preventing corrupt people, they turn on the institutions, which aren't harmful in and of themselves and are actually beneficial when used properly. institutions are nothing more than tools. if an institution is corrupt its cuz of the corrupt people controlling it. know what it is ur raging against, then we'll be able to fix some shit

  • @syk0saje OCCUPY-WORLDWIDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @2imprz FUCK YEAHHHH!!!!!!! we just started our own occupation here in the philippines today. we're mad at congress for delaying voting for the TEN YEAR OLD reproductive health bill.

  • Will RATM fans support a plan to take Congress for the people? Special interests will hate it. It is nothing you have heard of but maybe you will take a look and support it? Something different for RATM google us Some of you will get it and show major support this not something TPTB want to hear about

  • 19 people never brought the shit in :(

  • Damn these guys make you feel like you can kick anybody's ass...

  • The teacher stands in front of the class, but the lesson plan he can't recall. The student's eyes don't perceive the lies bouncing off every fucking wall. His composure is well kept, I guess he fears playing the fool. The complacent students sit and listen to some of that bullshit that he learned in school.

    ^^ I fucking love these lyrics. >:D

  • @dfbhcf miss funky motherfuckers >_<

  • @dfbhcf Me too.

  • This is inspiration for the poetry I've started writing. Fuck that lovey dovey shit, we need to step up as a people. With PAC's and interest groups controlling our politicians we need to step the fuck up and say NO! WE VOTE ON REPRESENTATION FOR OUR PEOPLE NOT YOUR FUCKING CORPORATION. Step up and out of the compliance the system has domesticated you into!

  • play this over a egypt riot

  • BRING DAT SHIT IN!!!!

  • Do you remember....

    1. When you could get on youtube without a huge ad at the top of your homepage?

    2. When EVERY music video was from a user, not Vevo?

    3. When you could use it as a music player without having an ad in the beginning of a music vid?

    4. When copyright infringement wasn't a big deal?

    5. When it was YOUtube?

Copy and paste onto videos telling youtube how PISSED we, the YOU in YOUtube, are with their greedy corporate butts

    thumbs up if you agree

  • @demiansson

Youtube exists today only because of the advertisements and vevo if they weren't involved with the record companies and companies such as vevo they'd get sued off their asses. EVERY single day youtube LOSES money because of how expensive the bandwidth is. Without advertisements and companies like Vevo youtube wouldn't exist today

    PERIOD.

  • @jtsk8er12 oh shit didnt know that damn *facepalm*

  • 17 dislikes? A group of auditory impaired animals
