CAN ANYONE HELP!! I have the MotoV9m although it froze up on the Motorola "M" logo. ANd it wont go away, Tried removing the battery, even letting it die out. But still the "M" Wont go away. Like as if it was stuck Or frozen, ANYONE know how to reset it. ANyone know what i can do. One other thing i believe it has to do with the software this phone was flashed from Sprint to Metro. But its been working fine till now. Someone please help!

Phonedog is a good reviewer, but this phone is terrible. I bought this phone last year. When i first got it it was awesome, but then after about a few months it kept messing up. it said i had new messages, but i didn't. then none of the buttons would work. i brought it in, and got the same phone. now with my 2nd razr 2 v9m. the same thing happened. u would press any button and it would act as if i were turning the volume down. i couldnt do anything except receive calls. now i hav to get my 3rd 1

How do you know if the problem is the phone and not the service? I have a V9 from At&t/Cingular and I've never had a problem like that before.

I don't know if they are comparable cuz one is CDMA and the other is GSM.

I think the v8 holds 512 mb of music and the v9 holds 2 gigs

i think they hold the same amount of music it might be the software is diff. like the tmobile uses the v8 software and the sprint uses the v9 software idk just thinkin
