Since I am new to YT been watching some of your old videos and love them. I really need to try your diet tips. I have gained 15lbs in the last few months and since I am so short every pound seems to show double on me. I think a lot of it has to do with a change in meds, as the gain coincides with when I started taking the medicine and I plan on talking to my doctor about that next week. Though watching what we eat can never hut any of us. You look beautiful then and now.

I couldn't go without the meat--I started feeling really sick to my stomach and I think it was all the protein bars etc--I'm really sensitive to vitamins--I coudn't even take the prenatal vitamins when I was pregnant--I had to take Flinstones!! I've personally passed on Folie because it sort of has some red undertones. Since I have really pink undertones in my skin, it just wouldn't look flattering on me. It would be a nice staple to warm up some plums or cranberry colors though!

wow 14lbs!! and you were thinnish to begin with..Lisa the very best skinny jeans i have found that fit a woman & make your butt and thighs look fabulous are virtue jeans .they are made in LA, private company. They are not cheap but omg people walk up (teens & adults) where did you get the jeans?. You can find them on eBay.. take a pair you love how they fit ,,measure them and work out the size,-i am a 2-4 and i get a size 27 all the inseams are 34long (its so hard to find things long.
