Nice idea but was executed poorly, since the work surface is a mess and the cut roll looks messy too because it didn't hold together enough. I would suggest making it with cucumber and avocado. also make sure your rice isn't dry (and don't over compensate by using water on your hands). Almost looks as though this was the first time the roll was tried or she was too nervous.
