The most important is to do understand to those of our European Compatriots who don't know & dont understand that :

1-The peace is not one sure guarantee for us in Europe

Our Union is (& more & more) above all the peace and more brotherhood for us and for our children

2- If exactly we want to remain the masters of our choices in the future & not to become slaves of the decisions of the enormous economic & political blocks which build up themselves in the world (China, India, USA, Brazil, Japan, etc.) it's for uniting ourselves as is normal between the old European brothers we are by our old common history (even if it was sad sometimes but "c'est la vie" ^^) !

For information the French and France is in Europe the country since 1600 years who take part to the big number of wars and battles (because its place in Europe) and won largely the big number of these wars and battles in number and in purcentage before all others European countries

France is the vastest country in the Western Europe & it is not by lucky... But just because France won more battles & wars since 1600 years

Uk was only 7 million unhabitants in this time vs 29 million for France (alone) and actually lose few , few soldiers because Uk had a little terrestrial Army quite simply

In all battles where it toke part, never England-UK fought alone & it used always in his troops, mercenaries or opposants from others countries

In Waterloo for example i remember to you that 2/3 of Wellingtons troops (sorry for us this pretentious guy not call "welly" ^^ lol) were not Brits and so fewer English
