to be honest I forgot the sellers username and havent been on ebay in FOREVER. it is a nice phone but its frustrating cuz I cannot see the screen outside in the daylight but the seller was reliable and happy with my purchase. I got ripped off on a hello kitty webcam and gave the user a bad rating and they gave me my money back just to change my negative rating to a positive one [=
