The EU has all the political morality & understanding of integrity, democracy & the votes of the people as does Mugabe in Zimbabwe - praise be they do not yet have the confidence to act with the same brutality in their nacent Police State. One has to wonder, in this surveillance, bureaucratic controlled supra national zone, how long before its own Gullags are brought into being in this burgeoning open prison with its denial of democracy.
