Could be the picture quality, but it doesn't look like there's a proper centre for that record - the record doesn't look centred on the platter. Some turntables come with "adapters" for that kind of 45, or you can also by ones that clip into the disc itself.

@boymandeville You can see the tone arm move from side to side as it follows the groove on the off-center disc. This is crazy. Those little plastic centres are not expensive.
