I have no idea if this is true or not but I can explain the currency thing - it happens in shops on a daily basis. How often have I taken a note and never read the date, every time, how many times have other people accepted a coin only to find out later it's a Euro and not a pound coin, we even have american dimes show up. It would never occur to me to check every persons note, if it says 20 pounds sterling that's good enough for me.
@borgduck I know. I was too quick to post that comment before the video ended. Anyways, accepting modern money in the old time is too weird and makes the whole story much less credible.
besides the currency issue and the issue of the automobile lets look at the camera. in the 19th century the camera they used would have been very strange to use. especially for someone in the 19th century..
@Fringization In those days, people very seldom travelled. If you met a foreigner you just accepted that everything was strange with them. Ordinary people had seldom seen pictures at all. They'd just go on with all the strangeness that the visitors would bring along. Money, for common people, was just a value to them, no matter wether they looked odd or not, they might even have accepted foreign money, their trust were bigger than today to those who'd 'seen the world'./ Annika, historian

Probably the most creepy story I ever heard past the old IBM computer that spoke with messages from other times.
I'm glad they brought up the fact that nobody commented on the money or car. I was so puzzled about that too.. I wonder if those french people could actually see the car at all?
Its plausible actually for the fact the french money of the 80s, included designs (The 1franc and 5 franc coins had the sower on them a design from the 1890s, and its possible the man took them and not llok at them (Although in 1890, the 50 c and 1f coins were silver). 19 francs would have been coins in 1980 whenever it was, so no notes were given. If they had got change they should have kept it (A very bright 1901 Franc would stand out. Autos were known by 1910 in France, perodicals show them
ive experienced one of these after travelling to numerous of villages that are much far apart and stopping off at places, my journey started at 9:30 i ended up getting back at 10:30 that is scientifically impossible for the amount of stuff i done, i even noticed in one village 3 petrol pumps from the 1950's it looked pretty much like i desert compared to what it looks like now.
they are just lying, period, if more than 1 time piece stop at the same time (as suggested in the 1st story) wouldn't you think that's a bit strange?
i mean noticing it being 7:30 and after having driven for some time ur clockS still say it's 7:30. sounds more like sleepwalking or overactive imagination lol
It's fascinating, but staged, or they were fooled. The way the clock stopped working and how they didn't react to the modern car and money pretty much tells me that it's just not anything paranormal.
@nils4545 ... and the photos not turning out? I'm skeptical too, but either they are lying or those photos didn't develop in the lab, if so - why not?
But wouldn't the modern currency have freaked the guest house owner out? The coinage/notes that they had would have been modern and totally different. I'm sure if I gave an Edwardian some Queen Elisabeth II era money, I'd get a funny look, or accused of trying to pull a fast one. I'm not doubting them or anything as I have read of timeslips before and am convinced of the character and honesty of SOME of the people who have experienced this phenomenon, but this is still a little strange... no?
To explain why nothing was mentioned about the car, perhaps the staff never ventured outside to actually see it. Nor did the guests ever mention they are parked outside or anything. But accepting different currency is harder to explain... they didn't notice the difference? Too polite to question it, assumed it was foreign but legal currency idk. Or once they entered the time slip it was more like a dream sequence, things not making sense exactly. Its really quite fascinating
The pictures ruin the whole argument right there. Even if time changes the pictures would not be gone, they are a physical part of their camera, not the past and are on the film no matter what you do unless they lost it themselves. Even if they try so thats prove that just makes it sound even ore fake.
@tisokan That's what I would think too: that the pictures, being physical, could not have been destroyed or altered. But maybe going back in time means that the laws or realities of that time rule. And if there was no photography during that period of history, then the camera had to obey the law (there is no such thing as photography) and could not record the pictures.
movie set!! and actors prank sure its france and we love mystify tourists!!,no windows! a stage in an old farm who be destroy after shooting.so the guy tooked the money (19 francs was a lot in 19 beginning 20th century)it was like pay 60time the price who was around 30/50 "sous" a night and ghost food??? thats a joke!!???
english liars, the french money from the 19 century and 30 yrs ago was totally dffrent and big mistake the costumes of "gendarmes" are from the beginning of twentieth 1903 1917 with a change in the hat in the 40 ,iam french i worked 8 years in clothes& costume design i know a bit about 19th it was helmet or bicorn for gendarmes who are army and the lady never had that kind of dress day time in country side or its true and they mistaken in re enactment
If the theory of relativity (spacetime) and the quantum mechanics (uncertainty) are combined, time travel becomes plausible (uncertain position in space-time).
Hmmn There is another likely explanation which is most logical. They could be making the whole thing up. If their 8 eyes experienced this, why couldn't the camera see what they saw and took the photo? It sounds to me that they researched the history of that particular location before pulling off a hoax. You get money for going on documentaries you know.
Remarkable story. My first thoughts were that perhaps there was a simple explanation, like some theme event or recreation going on when the visitors arrived..but the photos not turning out from two different cameras is hard to explain. If all this really happened it's strange how people and solid objects from the past could interact with people of the present. They even ate food and drank beer from the past. Very strange indeed.
Spooky, the only possible explanation is one that is absoloutly ludicrous, and ridiculous...
Firstly, in the first part, the couple driving around the town, then spookily, the next day. (drum roll please) ALL THE FLOWERS WERE GONE!!!!! Jesus christ, run to the hills. NO FLOWERS....one day they were there, and next they were gone!!
And please don't mention to me "Ainsteins theory of relativity", Because those couples drove into a blackhole?
1973 and 1976 were the two years that a certain type of "alien" was making a study involving selected human subjects, usually a group consisting of two or more individuals at a time. They would take and make non-reality components appear solid and somewhat familiar and make sense to the human observers who were they themselves the test subjects. Careful study of the information supplied by the subjects while in the state of hypnosis reveals the abduction experience otherwise not realized.-{^_^}-
It's either fake or true. If true, maybe the people at the french hotel saw the tourists and their paraphenalia as they would have appeared in the 1900s?
BULLSHITERS..Lamvesp is quite correct one couple admitted it was a load of crap in the Mail..."Just a bit of fun"...sorry sad believers youv'e been duped again.haha.
anyone notice the glaring mistake with this story? How would he have been able to pay and have it accepted with money that someone from the past did not recognise. I think these 2 couples had a lost weekend with wacky baccy
The old boy made me laugh, I think he was more bothered he had to pay to 247 francs on the way back to England using another Hotel then any time traveling he may have done
@bjd689 not me they can have it. I believe in a lot of things that maybe a lot don't but like most us, I'd have to experience before I believe. Besides, isn't this a TV show? well, there ya go then
just because you are in a foreign country where things are quaint in the country, and then you get lost and cant find it on the way back, does NOT mean you went back in time!
0:42 the old man was going to say she looked very attractive but he didn't want to say it infront of his wife so he pause and said old fashion instead. LOL 0:44 pause it see his wife giving him that look
The rich guy said to his friends, "Im going to build an old hotel then when some tourist come by I pretend its 200 years in the past". "Thomas, Adam then I want you two to come in, wearing those old french police uniforms that you have, emily you come in wearing that old out dated dress. Ok guys and listen If the tourist ask you for anything play dumb like your living 200 years in the past. Then I'll charge then 19 franks, I'M FUCKING RICH". HA HA.
No mention is made of the lack of electricity in the hotel - surely that would be something you would notice, such as no electric lights in the bedrooms??
Hypothetically, I think if you went back in time and used todays denominations to pay for goods or a service like a hotel, there's a good chance that like in this apparent instance, it would be excepted by many of them, the reason being is because they would not be in a position to be able to say whether it is the right tender or not, retailers will only identify if a coin or note is no longer in use, what they can't know is about future ones, so they might just presume it's new ones.
@proff180 so your saying you can timewarp back to 1940s france and pay for everything with Euro's and no ones going to mind? you sure about that comment? if I gave you a load of notes and told you that they would be good in 50 years time......would you accept them?
They would notice yes, and they would wonder secretly but what I'm suggesting is that if they were not 100% sure they might say nothing and accept if you seemed decent enough, rather than risk embarrassment, you see, in that time period there was always the fear of offending someone important, in those times that was the kiss of death, now shopkeepers etc would be more bold and with technology it also helps them to be sure of their position, it's a different world now of course.
I time traveled once. Two minutes in the future. I thought I just wasted two minutes because now I knew what I did in two minutes time so what was the use of waiting for two minutes...am I making any sense?
This stuff is not a joke, I agree, I myself have had experiences like these , some I can't even remember where I was at the time. Once I was in some big gym/workout place with my mom, and two brothers. I had seen this room that was not even fully built yet, there was dry wall and building supplies everywhere and I walked past it to go to the swimming pool area. When we were about to leave I wondered off down the hall to that room I saw and there wasn't an uncompleted room anywhere, just a wall.
@MysTeri0usMatT7 Drywallers do that alot. We put up walls where there wasnt one becuase when we are working in an area we cant have people walking through the area we are working on. So we put up a quick thin wall and paint it so it looks like the uncompleted area isnt even there. It takes about 15 mintues to do this. Sorry to bust you experience..But doesnt that sound a bit more real than "Time Travel" :P ..
@xthantos no my friend , If you could have seen it, it was not just a thin wall or anything, i almost forgot to mention that when we arrived there there were NONE, no drywall/construction workers there at ALL from the time we arrived to the time we left, there was even a big window in the swimming area that you could look through all the way down the hall to where that room was I saw. The place was nearly empty, we were pretty much the only guests there that day except for some other few people.
Now that I remember, I think I might have had an experience like this in 2001 when I was on holiday in the US and I went to the museum at Abraham Lincoln's birthplace. It was a really hot summer, so I went to find a drink. There was a vending machine which looked a bit old fashioned, so I went back to our hire car to get my brother because he wanted a drink as well. Went back, the machine was gone.
We asked a tour guide, who said the museum hadn't had a machine like that for 10+ years.
Part of rural France celebrate annually festival events where they often dress up in old fashion clothes, take part in sports such as cross bow and archery, and play out acts to keep up with the theme of the party. They must have seen the gusset as tourists who were visiting the event which must have confused the guest thinking they want back in time; they must have stayed over at a hotel inn nearby which catered as part of the event.
This is the best explaination to me. if you have ever been to a Renaissance Fair it is just like going back in time. Once you enter the gates it's like stepping back 100 years with people acting and dressing in period suit. But when the season ends the village is completly abandoned with few structurse left standing. These people got really lucky and had an awesome experience.
I reckon this story is a) fake or b) some kind of practical joke played by a real 1970s hotel owner on unsuspecting, uninitiated British tourists. After the guests were settled in for the night, he probably phones his friends and says put your fake Gendarme uniforms on and pop round tomorrow.
Doesn't explain the photos not even appearing on the negatives, though. Unless there was a problem with developing them and the developer shop managed to remove them from the original film somehow.
Could have been strong wish to stop somewhere, conscious minds being (altered) being so tired and hungry after long travel, being in rural area, and their relationship with reality as in (quantum physics.) More time slip stories are told over centuries than most people realize. With an open mind and research, we may begin to understand this more. This is a fascinating. I wrote about time slip story about someone I knew in Fate Magazine July Issue 2001. Page 55. -Author Diana Neiderhiser.
1) Time travel would not explain why the photographic film did not record anything.
2) The "reality" was old enough to be perceived as odd, yet no questions are asked by either party (either regarding clothing, the car, the food, language, missing glass). In a past Europe marred by conflicts people would have been much more wary about strangers, particularly the jendarmes. Moreso they are able to pay with new currency (luckily enough it happened before the advent of euro).
@MieluChitaristu Look at a 1 Franc coin minted in 1910 and one minted in 1999, there is little or no difference. As far as i know that is the only coin that remained the same over all those years, all the other notes and coins changed. That said I am not at all convinced by that story, It seems concocted. A total lack of modern amenities, candle lighting, ladies in period clothing and gendarmes in capes (they wore capes back in the 1900s) would surely give one the chills, but not these folks lol.
I think it's your brain tricking you. Like deja vu's. Your brain can convince you of everything and you can't tell if something you experienced is real or not.
Hi maricellanarro. I was in France in the early 1980`s, and if I recall correctly 1 frank was worth about 10p ( +/- 14 cents ). So, in the 80`s 19 francs would be worth about £1.90 / $1 and a bit !
Re, the reply from dolesponger, 10 bob is 50 pence ( £0.50 ).
there is another story about time slips in youtube, quite positive, he manage to meet his old self (yeah he's still young by then) and he also took a video on his cellphone which remains in his phone till now
in France you had the old Francs and the new francs. very old people in France still talk about the old francs so IF this story is true (if), there's something wrong.
Mind you i supose, One guy before bought some stamps from a weird shop then they disingrated not long after, Also their pictures did not develop.
More than likely the same happens in the past so the money probably vanished not long after.Guess the guy just assumed he misplaced it or was robbed so never reported anything.
From timeslip storys i have heard it seems all material things vanish but the person's memory remains! Wonder if its the same for the ppl in the past? Ahh the mysterys of life
Yeah but even if the guy never relised the money was different right away. At some point he would have noticed and Don't coins have the date they were made on them?
If so would someone back in the 1900's not have reported receiving a strange coin with a future date on it? Because if they have interacted with someone in the past. Then there would be some story on it in the past you would think.
I do belive in timeslips but this one sounds like a complete hoax call for attention from the couples
Quite agree about the hoax (like it's poosible anyway!). What about photo negatives? As they would be in strips they would have shown black/clear exposures next to developed ones. No other evidence of their stay there either. Also, why didn't they stand out in their modern dress, possessions and car?? They're either all mad or having a good old laugh. In short.. complete rubbish :o)
the thing is it could be a mixture of timeslips and a ghost experience, probably the ancient uniformed police men including the waiter + the women were ghosts of the past of the place....something very similar happened with my grandpa's brother which is still a mystery today!
Where's part 3? It says at the start we have Three storys for you. There's only 2 stroys in part 1 and part 2? Im enjoying it and i want to see the 3rd story :P lol
Where then, did I go that day to wash my hands? And why would I direct my husband down that hallway if I had not been there myself? I remember details about it because I was there. What if you went to the store one day and when You returned, it wasn't there anymore? You'd swear there was because you'd been there and could describe it. What if no one believed you?
did u research into if the mall was refurbished at all in those 2 years? thats a fairly long gap for things to be changed. if u had said u returned the next day/week.. or unbelievably several minutes later after u returned lol that would be more interesting.
Or ur memory just wasnt 100% accurate in where the bathrooms where.. u remembered 2 ladies inside was there anything unusual about them?
The hallway wall on my right where the ladies room was is an outside wall. There is nothing on the other side. The only thing missing is the bathroom so if it was refurbished, that's alot of trouble and expense just for that:)
I remember barely looking at them *the women*because I wanted to get in and out. Some people like to chat and I discourage it *it's a quirk of mine*. Although, nothing stands out as extraordinary about either one of them. Nothing in particular got my attention.
So, I went to find it myself. I made my way down the hall and could not find it. The wall on my right was just that: wall all the way to the end of the hall. No bathrooms. If you see the way the mall is built, there is no way a bathroom could have been built because the wall is an ouside one and there would have been a complete restructuring for that to be. To this day, I cannot explain it but I know I was there. Why a bathroom? I have no idea and my husband laughs about it to this day.
About two years later, we were at the food court again and this time my husband wanted the restroom. I remembered where I was last time and directed him down the same hallway to find the men's room since their usually near the ladies'. He came back and had a quizzical look to his face, like he couldn't find it. I thought "oh for crying out loud, he can't find it....the hallway is not that long", so I shooed him back the way he came. He came back and said there were no bathrooms. I grew annoyed.
I have had an experience myself when my husband and I went to our local mall. We were finishing up our meal in the food court and I went down a nearby hallway to find a lady's room to wash my hands. I found it on my right and went in. Three were three stalls and one woman was at the sink washing her hands. I went into a stall (since I was there, might as well go), and when I came out I noticed as the one woman went out, another was coming in. I washed my hands and went to find my husband.
Having been in a couple of time slips this is what I think about the money and the car. The man sees the money...it doesn't register in his mind as significant. Kind of like water off a duck's back. It doesn't stick. Same with the car.
I agree with this theory. I also have another or alternative theory .... along the lines of there being a very thin veil between our earthly plane of existence, and the many other planes of existence. And if the conditions are just "right" for something like so-called "time slips" to happen .... then the "two" can somehow meet. These sort of mysteries are something that our cognitive brains will never be able to figure out. It's just way outside our mortal ability to be able to fully grasp!
I dont know how the currency looked back then but maybe the couple's money didnt look that different, still paying in francs at least, trusting hotel manager accepts it without a 2nd glance. And they never saw anyone outside so their car was out of sight the whole time until leaving, no one probably saw it not even the policemen or younger lady.
This one goes either way. I'm a believer in the concept of the supernatural and paranormal, and I believe time travel is possible, but this one makes me wonder. They accepted modern money, made no remark on clothing, though they were old and probably could get away with that, and no remark on the car. It's strange, but I won't rule it as impossible, or factual. These stories need just a little more to convince people.
Why should they lie? If they lied what in the world would they get from it with a story like this? why go in to so much effort of making up a big lie with all this detail? If they lied wouldnt they just say something more obvious like 200 or maybe 100 francs if it was a cheap hotel and NOT 19 francs? and why would each one stick to the SAME story and not add something else? If you lie, it can be hard to stick with the same story all the time? again: WHY WOULD THEY GO INTO SO MUCH EFFORT?
Can some one explain it to me? How did they possibly fake that photograph with the building and yet another photo of the exact position was taken and yet no building was there? Very odd.
I think they were just lying to cover up the fact that they couldn't find the hotel again, why did the hotel owner accept the (then) modern French currency and why did no one comment on their Ford Cortina?
Why, why why do so many people think that having an open mind is the same as being gullible? It drives me nuts. I've read so, so much on these things; it's happened so often. And it's quite easy for someone skilled in AP. Just INFORM yourselves! It's a fascinating world/dimension we live in! ;)
@LumierexCosmic Agreed, both hemispheres of the brain need to be balanced. As Jordan Maxwell said " the mind is like a parachute and only works when it's open".
There is a possibility that they were lying... But if they were lying, how is it that all 4 agreed to the same lie? Usually one person will lie, but not all 4. Or if they do all lie, someone will slip up.
The fact that all 4 people are saying the same thing makes it more convincing that they experienced something.
I don't see why 4 adults would do so much research on the past just to make up some bogus lie, nor put in the time to create all the details.
I'm skeptical of that last one. The fact their pictures didn't show up. I wanted to see the pictures the whole time. Then they don't have 'em? ..convenient. The fact he says about paying with modern money, "it's always puzzled me [why he took it]" I don't feel that's acceptable as proof. Maybe this is possible, but I don't know these people. I've never spoke to them.. As far as I'm concerned they're probly lying.
i was on vacation and i thought i would take a ride like some times we all do and i was driving down this country road (3 am mind u) anyways my head lights starting blinking on and off and so did the lights in the car ,so i decided to turn around cause i have to admit it was creepy and my lights on my car never did that before or after that .i wish i could tell u more but thats all there was to it,i wasnt going to go any farther, its almost like some thing was telling me to turn around .
i think they were telling them: you are on candidate camera!!!

I was thinking of those points too. How did they pay with current currency? And, why no one asked about that automobile? My 2 conjectures:
1) They lied.
2) There was distortion field in that time slip. Both parties (modern & ancient) couldn't determine what was happening due to delusion.

Even if they try so thats prove that just makes it sound even ore fake.
tisokan 8 months ago
@tisokan That's what I would think too: that the pictures, being physical, could not have been destroyed or altered. But maybe going back in time means that the laws or realities of that time rule. And if there was no photography during that period of history, then the camera had to obey the law (there is no such thing as photography) and could not record the pictures.

Then amazingly the fella couldnt find the B&B.

Hypothetically, I think if you went back in time and used todays denominations to pay for goods or a service like a hotel, there's a good chance that like in this apparent instance, it would be excepted by many of them, the reason being is because they would not be in a position to be able to say whether it is the right tender or not, retailers will only identify if a coin or note is no longer in use, what they can't know is about future ones, so they might just presume it's new ones.
proff180 1 year ago
@proff180 so your saying you can timewarp back to 1940s france and pay for everything with Euro's and no ones going to mind? you sure about that comment? if I gave you a load of notes and told you that they would be good in 50 years time......would you accept them?
lndac02 1 year ago
@lndac02
They would notice yes, and they would wonder secretly but what I'm suggesting is that if they were not 100% sure they might say nothing and accept if you seemed decent enough, rather than risk embarrassment, you see, in that time period there was always the fear of offending someone important, in those times that was the kiss of death, now shopkeepers etc would be more bold and with technology it also helps them to be sure of their position, it's a different world now of course.
proff180 1 year ago
MAYBE it was in this time period and theose people ripped off the hotel person by not telling him it couldn't possibly only be 19 francs?

This stuff is not a joke, I agree, I myself have had experiences like these , some I can't even remember where I was at the time. Once I was in some big gym/workout place with my mom, and two brothers. I had seen this room that was not even fully built yet, there was dry wall and building supplies everywhere and I walked past it to go to the swimming pool area. When we were about to leave I wondered off down the hall to that room I saw and there wasn't an uncompleted room anywhere, just a wall.
MysTeri0usMatT7 1 year ago
@MysTeri0usMatT7 Drywallers do that alot. We put up walls where there wasnt one becuase when we are working in an area we cant have people walking through the area we are working on. So we put up a quick thin wall and paint it so it looks like the uncompleted area isnt even there. It takes about 15 mintues to do this. Sorry to bust you experience..But doesnt that sound a bit more real than "Time Travel" :P ..
xthantos 1 year ago

They must have seen the gusset as tourists who were visiting the event which must have confused the guest thinking they want back in time; they must have stayed over at a hotel inn nearby which catered as part of the event.
deejayshaz 2 years ago

UK31337 2 years ago
Could have been strong wish to stop somewhere, conscious minds being (altered) being so tired and hungry after long travel, being in rural area, and their relationship with reality as in (quantum physics.) More time slip stories are told over centuries than most people realize. With an open mind and research, we may begin to understand this more. This is a fascinating. I wrote about time slip story about someone I knew in Fate Magazine July Issue 2001. Page 55. -Author Diana Neiderhiser.

MieluChitaristu 2 years ago
1) Time travel would not explain why the photographic film did not record anything.
2) The "reality" was old enough to be perceived as odd, yet no questions are asked by either party (either regarding clothing, the car, the food, language, missing glass). In a past Europe marred by conflicts people would have been much more wary about strangers, particularly the jendarmes. Moreso they are able to pay with new currency (luckily enough it happened before the advent of euro).
MieluChitaristu 2 years ago
@MieluChitaristu Look at a 1 Franc coin minted in 1910 and one minted in 1999, there is little or no difference. As far as i know that is the only coin that remained the same over all those years, all the other notes and coins changed. That said I am not at all convinced by that story, It seems concocted. A total lack of modern amenities, candle lighting, ladies in period clothing and gendarmes in capes (they wore capes back in the 1900s) would surely give one the chills, but not these folks lol.

Ahh the mysterys of life
Barkermush 2 years ago
Yeah but even if the guy never relised the money was different right away. At some point he would have noticed and Don't coins have the date they were made on them?
If so would someone back in the 1900's not have reported receiving a strange coin with a future date on it? Because if they have interacted with someone in the past. Then there would be some story on it in the past you would think.
I do belive in timeslips but this one sounds like a complete hoax call for attention from the couples
Barkermush 2 years ago
Quite agree about the hoax (like it's poosible anyway!). What about photo negatives? As they would be in strips they would have shown black/clear exposures next to developed ones. No other evidence of their stay there either. Also, why didn't they stand out in their modern dress, possessions and car?? They're either all mad or having a good old laugh. In short.. complete rubbish :o)

did u research into if the mall was refurbished at all in those 2 years? thats a fairly long gap for things to be changed. if u had said u returned the next day/week.. or unbelievably several minutes later after u returned lol that would be more interesting.
Or ur memory just wasnt 100% accurate in where the bathrooms where.. u remembered 2 ladies inside was there anything unusual about them?
tqsuited 2 years ago
The hallway wall on my right where the ladies room was is an outside wall. There is nothing on the other side. The only thing missing is the bathroom so if it was refurbished, that's alot of trouble and expense just for that:)
I remember barely looking at them *the women*because I wanted to get in and out. Some people like to chat and I discourage it *it's a quirk of mine*. Although, nothing stands out as extraordinary about either one of them. Nothing in particular got my attention.
9696286 2 years ago
Nonsense.
VengaboysRbackINtown 2 years ago
So, I went to find it myself. I made my way down the hall and could not find it. The wall on my right was just that: wall all the way to the end of the hall. No bathrooms. If you see the way the mall is built, there is no way a bathroom could have been built because the wall is an ouside one and there would have been a complete restructuring for that to be. To this day, I cannot explain it but I know I was there. Why a bathroom? I have no idea and my husband laughs about it to this day.
9696286 2 years ago
About two years later, we were at the food court again and this time my husband wanted the restroom. I remembered where I was last time and directed him down the same hallway to find the men's room since their usually near the ladies'. He came back and had a quizzical look to his face, like he couldn't find it. I thought "oh for crying out loud, he can't find it....the hallway is not that long", so I shooed him back the way he came. He came back and said there were no bathrooms. I grew annoyed.
9696286 2 years ago

Same with the car.
sowhatsthatthere 2 years ago

And they never saw anyone outside so their car was out of sight the whole time until leaving, no one probably saw it not even the policemen or younger lady.
tqsuited 2 years ago
This one goes either way. I'm a believer in the concept of the supernatural and paranormal, and I believe time travel is possible, but this one makes me wonder. They accepted modern money, made no remark on clothing, though they were old and probably could get away with that, and no remark on the car. It's strange, but I won't rule it as impossible, or factual. These stories need just a little more to convince people.

Why should they lie? If they lied what in the world would they get from it with a story like this? why go in to so much effort of making up a big lie with all this detail? The fact that all 4 people are saying the same thing makes it more convincing that they experienced something.
I don't see why 4 adults would do so much research on the past just to make up some bogus lie, nor put in the time to create all the details.
