  • I throughly LOVED the tips on using a basketball to stretch the quads and bum muscles. I bike ride to work everyday and this was a wonderful benefit to me.

  • I am uneven by 2 inches, so certain stretches are harder than others for me. Do you have any other suggestions. However, I enjoy working out with your videos. Our Inside Out Challenge has you as our featured workout.

  • You need to follow just my DAY 1-30 SERIES...ok? Then we need to improve the quality of the protein you are intaking at every meal...you are taking in protein at every meal right?~ahmad

  • depends on the meal... try lean protein...like turkey slices from the deli..not from the package...you want you protein to be easily absorbed... you can munch on a very smart snack throughout your day ...almonds...try it...

  • Guess what I just did lol. I went to Giant on my 35 min lunch break and got me some slice turkey and Weat Wrap bread. Just got done eating it. Thanks for the tip. ima try to eat this everyday. eating this once a day, Is that ok ?

  • me and my bf have started this about last month

    start eating 200 calories every 2 hours

    it doesn't have to be exactly 200 calories

    pay attention to all the foods u eat and the serving size and try to eat 1500 calories a day

    2 slices of bread is like 200 calories

    so try to stay away from bread and noodles

    calories add up really fast

    if u like ranch dressing try this

    add 1 cup of plain yogurt and mix some ranch dip mix to it

    the whole thing is 120 calories

  • This stretch is a definite treat I'll give myself very often. Thanks for including some upper body moves too. Great direction/instruction via motioning. I'm a good lip reader, and always enjoy reading your lips during your clips. You have Killer triceps Ahmad....just noticed how defined they are....beauties!!

  • Sheshe I always enjoy reading your feedback because you notice the details...yeah I will make sure with the next stretch clip to give more instruction without taking away from the flow of the sequence...I am now lifting heavy again and doing more of my crazy moves...lol~ahmad

  • Ahmad.... there is no substitute for attention to every detail, no matter how insignificant some details may seem. Also your clip flowed smoothly, no need to change a thing..candles were a nice touch....aromatherapy. Shout out to your Gastrocnemius'....beautiful and symmetrical.
