@acushnet22 to be honest i am mainly self taught i was fortunate to have a dad that's an ASE master who would steer me in the right direction, i am ASE certified as well however i skipped the schooling and took the tests. they call it on the job training, with the correct guidance its one of the best ways to learn, then if you have the schooling/book smarts that's even better... wish i could help you out

@robinsonsauto where do I go to school for mechanic, autoshop? I have hear of people going to aacdelco programs and not learning enough to get jobs.
