People ask why I always smile when I meditate. Because when I meditate, I'm not here when I meditate. I'm at the beach, there are no people anywhere around me, just the smell of the salt water air, and the feel of the waves gently lapping at my feet, and the rustling of the wind blowing through the trees.

I wish you made the video loopable, so no one has to play replay; especially, if you are trying to sleep at night. You don't want to almost fall asleep and then wake when the ocean stops hitting the beach. Just add a loop so it does it continuously, until someone wakes up, to press stop.

Ahhhhhhh -- to me there´s nothing more soothing, more tranquillizing than the sound of waves and a stroll on the beach, preferably at sunset/sunrise. I really can´t think of anything else that makes me feel more at ease with myself :-))
