Hi. Here I Am With the same config. 965 and crossfire 5850.

I cant play in 1920/1080 in ultra, all i can get and remain playable is med/high graph with no AA.

Please :( I had a bad time with that crossfire and it s the first time i see someone with the same hardware.

They are no identical ( One is a XTREM edition) but i dont think that is relevant ( i put them on same frequence)

(Bench on FarCry 2 Avg 82 / Min 62 ( i saw that i can get avg110 with that cf :( )

@MrConker128 I cant play on ultra with the full version, too. The ultra settings on the beta are like high settings of the full version.

My settings at the moment ( full version):

1920x1080 @ 60 Hz

Shadows on Ultra and rest on High

2x MSAA + 16xAF+ SSAO

Post AA High

11.11 WHQL + 11.11 CAP1 Drivers

I get stable 60 fps with these settings. Try to delete all drivers and caps and install the same driver wich im using. I think this should help you.

PS : Do you have less fps on Back to Karkand maps ? It is hardly playable sometimes for me :(

All High. 4xMSAA and SSAO

But im using the CPU of my friend, 1090t @ 3.7 GHz and i upgraded my RAM to 8 GB. In the next weeks im getting a i5 2500k or i7 2600k. I already have the Mainboard :D

@olli9471 I did read ur description it doesn't say what resolution ur running at. "Settings = Ultra + 4xMSAA + HBAO

Video quality is a little bit low because of render settings in Sony Vegas Pro"

Was is 1080p, or 1680 x 1080, or just 720p. It makes a huge difference. Without noting ur resolution, it makes all ur other information useless.

@GamerSpaceHD Yes, this CPU is even bottlenecking my HD5850 Crossfire. Intel Sandy Bridge is the better choice atm.

@NIKOinIRL i dont have a video cam. Fraps takes a huge performance while recording. I made a 2min benchmark , just take a look at the description.

@blolo8 Im not sure if BF3 support 6 cores. But there is not much difference between the 965 and 1100. If you have the money go for the 1090t. The 1100t is waste of money in my opinion^^ AND remember, you need a good GPU, too. This is a GPU limited game.

My old AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ @ 2.30GHz is giving me a huge bottleneck to my GTS 250. Even changing the video settings to low feels slow.
