especially the salt that is being consumed by majority of the population. I think it is actually bleached.

acne might not be as bas as you think.. Once someone starts a cleansing type of diet, they usually get acne. It's a sign of the "bad stuff" getting out of you.
(This doesn't apply on hormonal acne)
