But, the one doing that bet with the guy in the beginning, his girlfriend died, and he gets a new one, I think was his best friend's sister, he finds his dad learns something from him, come backs, and then races that dude again,who he lost to the first race with him,where the accident with his girlfriend happened. He first built a car from his friend's book tho

Panda (Sky's friend and mechanic) dies while racing Tung (the gumtape death match like in Initial D). Panda's sister has a crush on Sky but he's not interested since he still mourns Kelly (Sky's girlfriend).

I came across this movie when I was living in Mexico.... Mexico of all places. And it's also funny it came out before the first Fast and the Furious movie.
This movie was one of the best movies of all time. I remember seeing this preview off of napster long ago an was like I have to have that video, found it on yes Asia, bought it, and have it till this day...wow lol
