They released an album back in 2006 called 'House Full of No Trust' but it's waaay softer than this and personally I don't like it. They released another album last year but it's nearly impossible to find because they're unsigned at the moment

I bought that 'Home' album thinking it was these guys but it's just one man singing with an acoustic guitar back in 1999 before this Cinder formed. If you go to allmusicDOTcom and look up 'Cinder' you can find samples of songs from 2 of their 3 albums (There are no samples for the album that Soul Creation came from unfortunately and make sure you ignore the 'Home' album again). 'You' is the title of the new album. Wikipedia Cinder too

@twxx2001 Geffen Records got bought out shortly before the Cinder album was released and many bands, including Cinder, got dropped from the label. Cinder had to wait for 2 years for their contract to expire and then got onto Rock Ridge Records and released an album called 'House Full Of No Trust' in 2006. The album is totally different to this song, but you can still tell it's Cinder. They then got dropped from Rock Ridge Records and are playing shows in Ft. Myers, Florida only at the moment

My buddy and I were right in front of Mark Tremonti on the floor and Pat came out and stood right in front of us in between the gate and the stage during the encore and was singing along to "Higher." After Cinder played their set they tossed out some sample CDs and I caught one and after the show asked Pat to autograph it and he did. Couldn't be nicer.
