The real help these job centers need to provide is the ability to shower, iron your clothing,helping with haircuts and presentable clothing. That would be the real help.
i understand your situation.. but 1 state.. being the 7th economy in the world.. if you learned this at school.. it is very sad you had to listen to that :)
