Hell, companies might even let sharing stuff among close friends and relatives slide and count that as fair use. Pirates ruined it for those of us who use the content we purchase fairly (Buying something then passing it around when you're done for example). Pirates influenced companeis that know no better to create DRM too.

Shikamaru probably but who cares about Choji now. He is irrelevant now. I read the manga and up to date. Asuma was lame and pretty weak compared to his father. The only death's that i see are important in Naruto series is probably Naruto's parents, 3 hokage, Itatchi, and Jiraiya. Their deaths basically changed the story a lot.
