I live in New Port Richey (West Pasco) and don't recall hearing about this, but then I don't ever watch the local news. I once saw 3 lights in the sky in a triangle shape over Odessa when heading home from school (UT) one night from off the Suncoast Parkway. I didn't think much of it, because the airport is just a little ways south of there. Come to think of it, that was maybe a year and a half ago, but then 3/14/08 was a Friday (at 6AM) and I had classes Mon/Wed nights, not Thu.

one concern I have as to why this may be a fake is the fact that the Fox 13 News icon on the lower left hand corner of the screen isn't rotating like it always is on the news. Also, even if it is real, Area 51 is supposedly making these UFO- like aircraft. Think of how helpful it would be to a country to have Stealth jets that could possibly turn 90 degree angles going mach speed. Just my speculation but it seems to make sense. One can only wonder what happens in Area 51....

Pasco is part of the Tri-cities of Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. It is in the southeastern corner of WA state. I live there and I swear I saw this aircraft (a little more closer with more detail than this shows) driving home tonight on Rd 68. Freaky. I wonder if it is agriculture related or governmental. Definitely had the Red blinking light and wasn't far off the ground just hovering. Nearly ran off the road looking at it.

A hoax. Balloon(s) with lights attached. The lights are clearly ordinary lightbulbs with reflectors (headlamps). The red strobe is not in the centre, suggesting it is hanging underneath. The movement shows its driven along by the breeze.

Well you say it is a triangle,how do you know?it is pitch black.what you see are three lights in the shape of a triangle. The lights on helicopters differ between makes and models. No ,but i am sure you are right ,it is a space ship .Problem is people are to quick to jump to wild conclusions.

Unless some one actually used that config with the purpose of causing confusion. Personally (but I have no proof) I think those triangular lights people see are of secret / experimental US aircraft.
