Gosh, I wish they would've revamped his team AND moveset AND reward TM,

Here's my proposition:

LV9 Pidgey: Gust, Sand Attack, Tackle, Tailwind

LV11 Hoothoot: Peck, Hypnosis, Foresight, Tailwind

LV13 Noctowl: Air Slash, Hypnosis, Featherdance, Tailwind

TM reward: Tailwind, not something uber, like Roost

Be careful when fighting Falkner with a Fire Starter. I still remember the havoc he wreaked on my Pokemon with Pidgeotto's Mud Slap. Liked to use that move alot. He burned my flagship pokemon down with that too and I almost lost.
