I understand why you might think that and had they put her in cuffs hauled her off after they caught her I might not think twice, however, that was not the case. They knock her down and mace her, THEN, piglet stands over her screaming "GET UP!" Chases her only to knock her down again, and mace her several times, after that they leaver her alone. So whatever she did, it wasn't serious enough to arrest her. Now, if that was your mother/wife/sister/daughter, what would you do?

where you at these protests? the police ordered everyone to disperse west. from the capital, that is where we were- west. she was headed west. the police illegally arrested over 400 people and 60 journalists. because of the illegality of the police actions, all charges against journalists were dropped. this girl is a "young girl" she was is 17 and was trying to find her friends.

This wasn't done "without cause." The young girl was a participant in a protest which had be declared illegal and had been repeatedly told to immediately leave the area. When protestors failed to leave, police began to chase participants away, arresting those who outright refused to leave and using mace and similar tactics on those (such as this "young girl") resisting by moving away slowly.
