Cancer is also age-related disease. Frankly speaking aging is the mother of all illnesses, and it's a real tragedy we are not trying hard to find therapies to eliminate aging like we did it with bubonic plague long ago.

As long as cancer research is exclusively done by the privatised sector the search will be limited to patentable and lucrative and hence unnatural products that can pay for the cost of the necesary research, ....some institutions should have never been privatised.
