  • wtf is this...

  • Now once you have your stencil, grab your 3 inch deck nail and wrap yarn around it, then it's ready to dip in a pail of tremclad rust paint. Remember to scrub the area with steel wool and diesel before tattooing. Thank you for watching, expertfailage

  • her nAME IS CREAM SHE'S FROM SONIC

  • Wow, great way to misinform people interested in tattooing. I'm surprised he didn't say to wash the area with a dish rag and some vinegar...lol

  • hahaha idiot

  • fucking hilarious.

  • no pen no ink no markers....EVER. thermographic transfer paper only!

  • LOL@ how its sonic

  • OMG.. this guys a fool...

thats the dumbest way I have seen it done! Stick to art and leave tattooing to us..lol

  • WTF are you talking about?

Why would you make a video for something you have no f---ing clue about.

    you are a moron,,,,again,,,,you are a moron

  • WTF... lol @ this coming from "expert" village. This has to be a joke.

  • can u use pen ink for the stencils ??

  • Comment removed

  • hahahahah stupid men...

  • thats not the way to make a tattoo stencil...WTF guy!

  • yeah the problem here is you can get confused with the real image. it might face the other side if you dont if you dont get it right. you can use a computer to redo the picture. but really this doesnt work so well.

  • Thats not how you apply a stencil for a tattoo at all.. WTF

  • IT DIDNT WORK

  • Tracing paper is a normal paper right?

  • It is a bit thinner than normal paper.

  • tracing paper is what engineers use to make plans. it's not actually thin but its translucent. you can buy that thing in any school supply store.

  • The postings on this video is even more educating and entertaining then the actual video! get divorced already...lol!

  • *they don't know about.

What is the ''trap of lameness'' does such a thing exist?

Define a typical brit in full, I doubt you know anything about the British, apart from what you've heard from the idiotic people that have influenced your views and how you think.

  • They also made their machines & such much more recent than the dark ages, as you're seeming to imply.

  • It seems people get called scratchers if they're not in the fortunate position to be working in a studio.

All these remarks about such people are pathetic, flaming each video on here because they think that tattooing is some divine thing just for them and that anybody out of their circle should be looked on as shit.

Well, I suggest you learn a bit of respect for people in general, get rid of that attitude and maybe you'd be treated in the same way, for 40 you should be ashamed.

  • have*

  • Why all the negative comments? he is paid by Expert Village to explain how to do it in this method, it isn't like he chooses what the subject of the video is about.

His drawing technique was pretty spot on, you can't take that away from him.

So what that he doesn't know how to structure an explanation properly.

Of course, the proper method is to use thermographic paper because pen ink doesn't hold on the skin like the carbon. It'd be better for children though.

    Stop being so fucking rude.

  • You have to be a jackass to get a tattoo anyway.

  • that was supper dooper bad

  • idiots all trying to be tattoo experts - this guy is a moron! you use thermalgraphic paper dumb ass. i'm surprised he didn't say to lick your arm first, get some spit on there and then apply the ink side down for a smudged up shitty looking blob of wet ink - perfect, get to tattooing with your scratcher kit!

  • Hmm.. do you think you some divine right to look on and treat others less fortunate, trying to learn to make a life for themselves like shit?

People like you stop progress being made, actually hinder art. You see, whilst you call people scratchers, sure... it'd drive some on to do better, whilst with others it'd finish their dreams, meaning it'd stop them potentially being amazing.

I'm all for sterilization, but don't vent any issues you have with others.

    40? you should know better.

  • at 40 actually with most of my life in the tattoo industry & being a licensed tattooist, i do think i know better & know what the fuck i'm talking about. scratchers have drive? scratchers who don't apprentice properly are not driven enough. he is not a licensed tattoo artist and has no business pretending he can teach others how to make a tattoo stencil. he is not an expert at tattooing. and who are you? his girlfriend? defender of all things lame?

  • Yeah, you may think you're in a position to look at people like dirt, but in actual fact you should learn some respect.

Scratchers are just like me, you, and everybody else in the world, they're people. So of course some will have drive like anybody else. Do you know how hard it is to get an apprentice? and even then they're not proper apprentice as such - a lot don't pay, even expect you to pay them for knowledge. Proper apprentices are a government run program and require a course beforehand.

  • Scratchers aren't like me & everybody in the world. Scratchers spread hepatitis & other blood-borne pathogens. I hardly think you're in the position to talk to me about respect, I've earned my place by working hard and diligently seeking an apprenticeship. I have no need to respect people who make stuff up & show others how to make bullshit, this video does not in any way show a real stencil for tattooing. I commented on that fact long with 50 other smart people who commented on the same fact.

  • I didn't even say anything about me and tattooing.. I just simply commented on how hard it is for somebody to get one.

You can't speak for everybody that works from home.. so, you're saying the original artists that built their own machines, made their own needles, mixed their own inks etc were scratchers? if it wasn't for them, you wouldn't be in your position, everybody has to learn some how.

Half the people that work from home practice on grapefruits etc.

  • are you my pen pal now? should i give you my direct line? people built their machines, worked underground, once upon a time there was less education & less knowledge. once upon a time, people used to give themselves a lobotomy, i wouldn't recommend it today. once upon a time there was shock treatment for homosexuals...i might suggest it for you but i doubt it's effective as a remedy. who are you? captain universe, great speller, super defender of idiots, good samaritan for scratchers everywhere?

  • Highly original.. not at all, there were people in Japan and around the world that made their own machines out of what ever they could find, they still produced good work.

You see, there are two types of tattoo artists - the good and the bad, I feel you'd probably slip into the latter. Maybe if you accepted what others say a little more and open your mind, you might learn a little more.

From what I can gather from how you speak, you aren't very approachable, nor friendly.

  • from what you can gather, you know what kind of tattooist i am? there are good ones and bad ones...you really are superior aren't you? no wonder you are so upset by my comments. put your goats away, they're so easy for me to get at. wind you up like a toy top. smoke a spliff. i have to go now, my mom's calling me. then my other girlfriend's gonna blow me...you'll have to wait in line.

  • Well generally if you look at various people and compare how they act, speak and behave - you can usually tell what type of people they are. If you aren't the right type of person, you ultimately won't be the best in the area of life you're interested in or work in. That meaning, if you have a sour attitude (such as yourself) and act juvenile, such as yourself, you won't be of the person to listen to others and ultimately learn.

I'm not saying I'm superior, I'm commenting on what you are.

  • Again these are just my thoughts, and believe it or not, I am still taking in what you say and respecting the fact you have an opinion, not a very nice one - albeit, still an opinion.

    Very juvenile, classic American.

  • i love how u became the judge of americans. i am not american. i am a citizen of the stolen hawaiian kingdom. this subject was based on the fact that i stated that this video was not correct. that is atrue statement, not an opinion. the rest of this horse shit is me getting your goat. you have fallen into a trap of lameness of which you continue to contribute to. you're a hypocrite. you say i stand in judgment...? nice coming from you! good job. typical brit - so superior.

  • I am basing my comments on fact, the fact being that everybody that comes into contact with the general public of America reports most being socially hostile, highly strung, easily wound up and childish. Only facts..

No, your opinion that this video isn't correct. It was actually correct to the people that want to do it in this method, as I said - it'd work for children well, they just want a little fun they can do without having to use things that don't know about.

  • Well, he isn't choosing what to talk about, Expert Village tell him too. People just pick at anything.. even if he explained perfectly, they'd still pick at something completely minor, like a spot on his face etc..

This would be okay for some child, it doesn't mean that he agrees with what he's told to say, he just has to do it as a job.

  • oh, i see. i didn't realize that. thank you for clearing it all up. i feel such a fool. i'm sorry. he's just doing his job & i've treated him like dirt. expert village just tells folks what to do and even if they're a cartoonist they act like a tattooist. oh, thanks for setting me right. i think i love you. i hope that the lord can forgive us both for this misunderstanding & we can shake hands in heaven. i forgot my lord & savior & forgot about respect. thankfully you were here. big kiss x

  • You're very juvenile for saying you're 40, again - you'll probably thank me for saying that.

He isn't acting like a tattoo artist. He is simply doing what he is told to do. Maybe he could improve on his structure for videos, but that comes from confidence and how nervous he is.

I mean people like you need to grow up, for 40 you really should know better, not to preach but there is no excuse.

    Pathetic.

  • Which is usually at college.

That's the typical remark I'd expect from somebody of your intellect, I'm not his ''girlfriend'' I simply don't like people that get treated badly..

and even if you have been in the tattoo industry.. then why would you spell thermographic paper "thermalgraphic"?

I guess it's you who needs the apprentice..

  • Spelling thermo or thermal makes me no less of a licensed artist. You on the other hand DOLT, "do you know how hard it is to get an apprentice?" do you mean apprenticeship? i presume you're not looking for an apprentice since you're a self-proclaimed scratcher. Someone of "my intellect" is not busy defending lame youtube videos...oh, and I have a job as a tattoo artist so...maybe later you can be my girlfriend too.

  • i will be show you how to make a stecil for tattoo or for ur arm ur arm pussy

  • no tattoo artist does stencil's like this unless they are retarded.

they trce the imige on the tracing paper then trace it again with carbon underneath it.

then the carbon tranfers to you skin alot easier and cleaner. more detailed.

you dont use markers thats fucking stupid.

  • These expert village videos are so useless.

  • quit playing and get a transparancy machine. typical scratchers.

  • I love this ending to this video. I like to imagine him turning away from the camera, sighing deeply at his poor attempt of an explanation, and then putting a pistol in his mouth and pulling the trigger. Thick bloody pieces sliding down over his stencil. So annoyed

  • This guy kills me! He's so stiff and nervous! And the stencil was shit! I showed this to my friend who is a professional tattooist, and she destroyed this idiot.

  • LOL! Do this at your peril.

  • hmm.. he seemed extremly nervous and personally, if that stencil was on my arm i'de complain.

  • You really should do some research before you produce and post a video, its obvious that you have never in your life done a tattoo, and this kind of shit really dilutes the validity of true talent that is expressed in the world of skin art. Stick to your cartoons jackass

  • I figured you use tattoo paper..the kind u dont have to wet. Thats how my artist did it..?

  • no that is not how its done. you are an idiot. get a light box. computer paper, micron pen and a therma fax dip shit

  • can you use a standard ink pen? what if you want finer lines when tattooing
