He was 13 years old at that time and I believe he was just recovered from his sickness, and I'm sure that he was still not 100% recovered. Besides his voice was still in changing period. But anyway, he was amazing!!!

This is back in 2005, David also sang on Utah's Governor Huntsman's second inauguration, 2009.

David has matured since then.
