i have an m4 crane stock and it does not shoot at all i charged the battery but when i connect it the motor just heats up when i pull the trigger. does anyone now whats wrong with it?
@crunkdaddy11 If you feel you motor jerk, your battery is low or your motor hight is too high. If you can't feel anything, you have a disconnected wire or a blown fuse. If you hear a significant click through you trigger, that tells you that electricity is flowing though and you motor is too high or dead. Good luck!
@ExtraKawaii well if the gun cost 175 why would a motor or possible just wires cost 175 u dont have to upgrade anythinh u just get replacment parts soi dont get why it would cost that much
@pmarggraf17 Look at a decent quality motor and new wires then if you're willing to open it. If you don't know what you're doing (and it assumes you don't) get a new gun, or give it to a tech.
I did the thng tht u did without using the Duse and my battery made a weird noise and some type of liquid came out, what do kno. I have the m15a4. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you
I got a g&g gr16 i just got it i shot it like 7 times they next day i pulled the trigger once it shot but when i pulled it again nothing happened do u think its the fuse cuz i chared my battery to the fullest and it ticked me off cuz i spent 220 on this gun
My gun is screwed up. It hasnt been working with any battery for a year, I bought 2 fresh batteries and there charged. Today I started firing it to adjust the motor height and it fired maybe a few shots and then stopped. Then I connected my other battery pulled the trigger and nothing happen and then the fuse blew out. I tried the trouble shoot thing and still didnt work, the motor connetion is fine so? I have no idea what is happening. Is it possible a bushing is coming out and touchingthegears
Wut fuse is needed for a GR-16 Carbine? its WAY smaller than most other guns and i cant find a small enuf fuse with 30 amps. plz link a place with em?
I just got my gun right now and before I could fire my first shot the fuse blew. I heard it sizzling and it got really hot. the gun is a G&G M4A1... and i have no idea how to open the fuse box. Also, would an Echo 1 M15A4's fuse work in the G&G? Please let me know.
Ok, does a bettery have to go in a certain way, because whenever i put in my battery, i have to twist it and turn it to shoot even on a full charge, and still it doesnt stay shooting, when i first got the gun it never did that, also its a JG M16A3 so full stock.
umm I just got ma new echo 1 m4a1 carbine just a few days ago. i'd tried shootin it a couple of times the second day & it stopped firing. I'd realized the fuse been blown so I tried takin the fuse out & bypassin it. it still wouldn't fire. all it did wuz itade the battery warm when I bypassed it. plz answer back helpin me out.
im using a 9.6v battery with a gaurder torque infinite moter how big amp do i need to hav cuz i hav tried 5's and 10's and they short really quick, any advice?
@airsoftsoldier12 i'm using a 11.1v, better to keep the fuse in just in case. if your gun wont shoot and your fuse is fine, right away you know something is wrong with your gears. that's how its been for me anyways
I need big help just got a d boys m4 and i shot it twice then it has just been on rapid fire even without pulling the trigger every time i connect it to the bat. It just goes crazy please help
omg thanks soooo much!!! i commented about the cm028 ak47 vid and i said how my gun did a fuse! i thought i was screwed but i watched this and it worked!!! thanks 5/5 and i subscribed!!
@paintballer9608 your gear box is locked up or your battery is dead. if your battery is fully charged then your gears are locked up inside and all you need to do is open it up and it should unlock.
@paintballer9608 It's still an electrical problem... make sure your leads aren't switched (red goes to red)... When the leads are reversed, the motor can "twitch" when you pull the trigger...
@paintballer9608 Same thing happened to me. It likely means something got into the gearbox and is jamming the gear. I still need to fix it, but I don't trust myself to take my gearbox apart.
take apart your gearbox, check for broken teeth on your gears/piston(and replace if necessary), reshim it, and put back together, should be working now. or... send it in to a proffessional
i tried bypassing it and my gun shoots for like 5 min nonstop then just slowly dies down, then i put the battery in my friends gun to see if it was the battery and it worked fine..... anyone know whats wrong with it?
i tried this without reading the comments about how it can start a fire...and sure enough the battery and wires got real hot and smoke came out of the back of my gun....ive been told i only shorted out the battery.....try at your own risk!
i have a jg m4 and i cannot bypass my fuse and i did it like 12 times in each position but it will not shoot what should i do and what do u think happened
Actually I asked an electrician this, and a fuse introduces a slight amount of voltage drop in the circuit, so without a fuse the voltage is ever so slightly higher which means higher ROF. As you said though, the risk of burning your motor out isn't worth the ROF.
So if i buy a new fuze instead of doing this, the gun will kinda work like new? And how much could i buy a fuze for? I thought it was the wiring in the battery and was going to buy a new battery, lmao!
ASGI, i think to say that fuses account for most electrical issues is an overstatement. I buy a lot of boneyard guns and from my experience the trigger contacts are the most common issue.
They burn out really easily (especially clones, although i just bought a CA that had the issue)
if you do a bypass on the fuse and something wrong occurs then your battery will set to flame or smoke i wouldn't recomed this because it happened to me not a good idea in the long run
there's not really that much of a chance of that happening. I've been running fuseless FOREVER with no issues. I understand there's a risk, but I think you got a rare case

one of two things, either the fuse you replaced the original with wasnt identical to the original, or you have your wires are exposed and shorting out on a metal surface somewhere on/in the gun. check those and if not write to me with what gun you have and ill help you out.
