i used to love this guy!!! i had completely forgotten about this until my sister was asking me about it and figured out it was this guy.............oh the memories!
This was the 1st Teeny Little Super Guy sketch I saw as a kid. I still remember that his voice always made me laugh when I was little. I'm just glad I've found this after so long.
OMG...I have been longing for this guy for years. The only thing on Sesase Street I just loved...."he's just a teeny, super little guy" Introduction to vaudeville for kids.
The annotations are really annoying, like sitting next to someone who insists on talking all the way through your favourite film. Your viewing experience is not the definitive one, please just let the nostalgia be enjoyed uninterrupted.
@tpirman1982 In almost about all forms of video with a story, they tend to skip small segments where common sense foretells what comes next, putting the lid back on in this case, that and time constraints
Man, yesterday I thought about "Teeny Little Super Guy." We've come a LOOONG way ya'll! I still remembered the song yesterday when I thought about the show. TV has not/will never be the same - cherish the memories.
I loved the rotating cabinet. I remember my day care sitter having one too. Kind of weird but my favorite part was always the end when it spun around.
I'll never forget being young and thinking how cool it was that he like melded into the counter like that. I crushed so many plastic cups trying to get them to do it. LOL
i knew i remembered this. everyone thought i was making this up. I've had the theme stuck in my head for a long time. Thank you sooo much for posting this.
LOL!! "The only way to get good at something is to prangtice. Ahem! The only way to get good at something is the prentice. Ahem! The only way to get good at something is to PRACTICE! There I got it."
If this were made today, some idiot executive would probably think that the line "Let's take a look at your beater" was dirty and try to get it cut out.
this brought back so many memories! lol. and i remember that we had the same exact container back when i was still a kid (the one with the red cap). my mom used it for holding in paracetamols and vitamin tablets and stuff. :)
OMG, I'm weeping right now with nostalgic pleasure -- *that* was my absolute *favorite* Teeny Little Super Guy featurette! I totally remember that "practic egg beater" thing! And -- wow, I suddenly feel 4 again. I want me some "ants on a log" now, and a cool glass of milk.
HE WAS MY FAVORITE ON SESAME STREET!!!!!!

'Ya' can't judge a hero by his size, he's just a Teeny Little Super Guy!'
Man, now that's a catchy tune! I don't know who invented this segment, but they were a genius.

When Jane comes up to Teeny Little Super Guy, Jane's red lid is missing, but in the next shot where she yells "I quit!", her lid is on.

Nowadays, the phrase "...it's so dumb I can't ride it," would also get edited out. Because dumb is just an unacceptable word.
