  • Native American Indians with Hindú Mantra

  • Dear Govskyfan,

I absolutely agree with you...irrespective of what everyone thinks, shiva or jesus or allah or buddha - whatever name we call by wants the whole human race to be in harmony. Unfortunately one doesn't realize that we cannot attribute god to a particular religion or lock him in a temple or church or mosque and think that he is "ours" and will only cater to our needs...wake up people, wake up!! Time to bathe in the realization of god within each one of us...

  • Готов повторить. Спасибо! Классно! Thanks. Ом намах Шивайа.

    Кто автор рисунков?

  • Спасабо. Классно! Thanks. Cool. Ом намах Шивайа.

  • Original Native Americans were Shivaits and knew also Sanskrit- before they started to worship draconian god of sacrifice...

  • om namo bagavate vasudevaya!

  • I can't tell if I'm addicted to the Music more or the Native American Pics that go so well with it more, Nice Job mixing them up both to make this wonderful Masterpiece ! :D

  • Lord Shiva Oh Siva the all pervasive consciousness the omnipresent lord who governs the universe from his third eye who uses the powers of Shakti to create all the lord of the galaxy and Destroyer of evil in all forms with his wife Mahakali let the misguided souls feel your love your grace your compassion all forms are him/her formless supreme self we are all fragments of Shiva discovering the ultimate consciousness within

  • I love this remix! it would be better without all of the fancy stuff though! just Krishna Das, background singers, some clapping and the harmonium would be perfect!

  • why are there native americas in this song

  • @Celycel There are some similarities to native American spirituality and the Asian spirituality, they naturally fit together.

  • this is amazing... i'm not sure what moves me more, the music or the pics!

  • what's with the Indian pictures?? weird. you have East Indian music with American Indian pictures... woops.

  • @Pow3rGaming pretty neat, really. i love the one with the owl flighting out the heart chakra towards the beginning

  • though some seem really essentializing, /slash 80s hair metal

  • Peace,Love and Many Blessings to Krishna Das!! Lord Shiva Ase!! Love to All from Ma'at Het Heru companion to Enoch Heru Ptah Ra!!

  • This is awesome.

    Just love it.

    Thanks you very much

  • @maddog3768 you are a waste on this planet. fucken idiot. Is this what your parents tought you? shame on them. Dhanya hai aiese maa baap joh tere jaise bhenchod ko paida karta hai.

Krishna Das rocks all the way.

  • is there a link where i can download these beautiful pics?

  • its a song/Mantra for Lord Shiva...and dont compare native american religions with Hindu religions.2 different things, sorry...I'm Hindu... BUT it is very lovely song and pix.

  • @GovSkyFan

Dear friend, Shiva is neither Hindu or Native american, Shiva is Shiva and he belongs to all. In no matter what way or name they put to Shiva, Shiva hears them all. Shiva likes the person who creates harmony and does not separate people. Shiva likes everyone to be in harmony with each other. Shiva don`t care from what religion or race you come from, Shiva don`t care which language you use. He loves you a lot and I love you too dear friend. May All be in peace always. Om Nama Shivaya

  • @surenbig....very nice words....what has this chanting got to do with the body?....when it has everything to do with spirit / consciousness....we live in interesting times...when i sit at this computer,it matters not the colour of another's skin...only what they express.

  • @surenbig Yes, yes. If I had ten thousand likes for this, it would not be enough. Shiva is Shiva...having no gender, no ethnicity, no form, God is the Self. <3 Hara Hara Mahadeva!

  • @ Shiva, I created all this u see, i am cause of ur doubts , awake and come out ur inhibitions.

  • @GovSkyFan shiva in hopis indian,the name is parhana(big brother)shiva= parhana

  • @RpgMakerVXTutor uh i find your comment a bit hypocritical and downright counterintuitive. If youre going online telling people they fail at stuff, then how well do you understand spirituality? dumb.

  • What a powerful mantra. The rhythm and voice of the mantra and the pictures suggests a closeness in spiritualities and cultures between the Native Americans and Hindus.

  • @Arihanta1112 - Absolutely...

  • Beautiful.

    Love the pictures.

I also like the rhythm of the music.

    Thank you!

    Love and Joy

    Yorinda

  • @RpgMakerVXTutor I would like to thank you for sharing your knowledge with me .I certainly agree with you when you say we need to take the time to understand other cultures and accept everyone for who they are.I dont feel i fail at understanding it though, theres just a lot more i need to learn,Im only a teenager so of course i still have a lot to learn spiritually and a lot to learn about the world in general, so i appreciate it when someone gives me their insight on their own spiritual beliefs.

  • @RpgMakerVXTutor Im sorry if my comment offended you but quite frankly the Native American people pray to the Great Spirit not lord Rama. Hinduism and the Native American Religion(Im a cherokee native btw) are both great religions and I have no problem with either one, its just that they are two different religions. Im not exactly saying i disagree with your comment since im sure i still have a lot to learn, but i honestly would like to know how you find a connection betwen the two religions.

  • divine and blessed voice. whenever i listen this song i go to trance state.

  • divine and blessed voice. whenever i listen this song i go to trance state.

  • Love it, vibrations lifting, lifting. I love the way he really celebrates God.

  • this is very beautiful if you have an open mind...don't judge this by your own faith, cause if you do it makes you an ethnocentric person......

  • Awsome remix !

    Beautifully done ^_^

  • man this beautiful mantra beautiful song it makes me shiver like whoa cant tell man. too good!!

  • INDIAN WERE THE FIRST TO GET THE ACCES OF THIRD EYE

  • @BRRUUUAAHHable

Dear sir, there is no need to pride anything towards race, Shiva is not indian or hindu, Shiva is Shiva and there is many names for Him in every culture. Shiva loves everyone the same. I am Indian and I embrace every race. Every race contributed to everything we have in the world right now. Love everyone because Shiva loves everyone. Om shanti and my deepest love and respect to you. May you and everyone in the universe be well always. I love you. Om Nama Shivaya

  • Mayan culture flourished in Mesoamerica during the early Christian era, before being completely wiped out by the Spanish conquest. Astronomy played a significant role in Mayan culture. Venus in particular had a preeminent status. Testimony to this rich tradition is borne out by Mayan temple art and the few available Codices, or sacred books, of the Mayans. The sidereal Mayan astronomy is more akin to the Hindu system and does not easily fit into the Greek model

  • soothing....raise one's awareness to a different level

  • The song is an excellent tribute to the Hindu religion, well done Krishna Das, although im not a fan of techno add ons, i feel it should be more traditional, as it was done centuries ago. and i also am not quite sure if the maker of this video understood that there is a difference between the Native people of America, whom are referred to as Indians, and the Native people of india, for Hinduism was not practiced by The Native Americans. It should have Photos pretaining to the Hindu religion.

  • If you ever get a chance to see Krishna Das....DO!

  • Don't get it.

  • Perfect! Many thanks!

  • Om Namaha Shivaya means 'I honour God within myself'.

    God Bless you too :)

  • can anyone tell me what is the meaning of this song please.thanks.god bless

  • @1215gat Om ( is the primeval sound per Hindus which is the vibration which engulfed the creation & still resonates in it, when the "Bramhanda" or cosmic egg broke. As christians also beleive first came the word. Its called the sound of Brahman."Brahmanaad". Namah : bow/pray to you, Shivaya - Lord Shiva the latent cosmic force or will who willed creation. he is Auspiciousness, peace , beauty, truth, eternal - satyam Shivam Sundaram. Its a mahamantra.

  • i do not like prayer type songs.... BUT this is up there with the best songs I've ever heard!! I have only a few top songs, this is up there with them. Release this into the mainstream charts with a decent promoter ie decent video togo with it or something. An example would be a DECENT animated video not the low tech ones. Minimum top ten hit guaranteed.

About the song - it has feeling and a soul. It's moving!!

    Thank you for posting this.

  • AMO!

  • Especialmente divino, es precioso e incomparable......!!!!!!

  • This is awesome! LOVE LOVE LOVE T!!!

  • I love it!

  • It"s cool! But where is translation of this virtuous mantra?

It's interesting to see Native American Pics combined with Indian Chanting...

    Weirdly, they both go well...

  • @forgottenmemories63 hinduism is all about tolerance. Do not be surprised to see other (religious) figures in hindu chantinng. :) Kindest regards

  • this is so good it gives me goosebumps

  • alguien sabe donde encuentro o tiene el mantra de Alfa radio??

el q pone toño esquinca (es este pero en otro ritmo )

    Poooorfa

  • I was momentarily offended... I am part native American.... then I reflected on it, and realized how well the Idea of Shiva fit the red path..... most suprising. It fits.

  • Simplesmente Perfeito!

  • q la luz te ilumine tus caminos

  • but.... even your native american comments is very sweet I have to tell you that is not native America... hehe Its from Inidia ;) SHIVA is a god from India <3 but sweet comments anyway hehe ;)

  • @AmandasKanla

Yes I know it is from India it is a Hindu Mantra I believe.

Love how they flipped it and kinda made it sound Native American

and then added all the traditional native paintings to it, the guy singing

is American, but actually sounds like an old Native man.

Mantra's from India are beautiful, you would be surprised how some of

the traditional native american beliefs are very similar to traditional

India beliefs they just both have their own way of explaining things!!

  • @awinlove Our (all Humans) Origin is the same... the nations are incidental...

  • @awinlove Shiva (A symbol of supreme consciousness) belongs to all humanity... he has been depicted by all races and cultures through the human history. Coincidence?

HE does NOT belong to a time, region, religion, race, culture or nation... He is omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent.

  • @ileeshmach

    Absolutely.

  • I love this Mantra and his voice sounds like many Native Americans. The paintings are beautiful, for I wish the old wisdom of Native America would return to its glory and enchantment for they were and still could be very powerful spiritually and were once truly connected to the spirit of the earth. The paintings describe it all and it is very sad how they can be treated in this day of age. The paintings of the women take my breath and you can see the wisdom and strength in the men :)

  • I bow to the Soul of all. I bow to my Self. I don't know who I am, so I bow to you, Shiva, my own true Self. I bow to my teachers who loved me with Love. Who took care of me when I couldn't take care of myself. I owe everything to them. How can I repay them? They have everything in the world. Only my love is mine to give, but in giving I find that it is their love flowing through me back to the world...I have nothing. I have everything. I want nothing. Only let it flow to you, my love... sing!

  • HARE KRSNA! Give praises unto the Holy Trinity.

    Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

    Vishnu, Brahma, Shiva.

  • OM NAMAH SHIVAY

  • The Siva Linga is not a phallic symbol whatsoever. It represents the seating of jyoti (light/wisdom) on the seat of the universe through which natural creation can pervade. The phallic symbol theory is some nonsense concoted by eurocentric anthropologists in the 1800s.

Check out wikipedia for the full scoop.

  • The word SHIVA is a mixture of word SHAVA (Soul less body) and 'E' prataya (Which represents the goddess SHAKTI, in tantra ) which means without SHAKTI, SHIVA is SHAVA. Isn't it true that we all are merely a lifeless body without SHAKTI (SOUL). SHIVA is everywhere look deep within you an you will find SHIVA.

    Om Namaha SIVAYA

  • oh so beautiful mantra one of my favourites =) but PLEASE TELL ME WHO IS THE ARTIST OF THE NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN PICTURES, PAINTINGS??? They are almost to good to be true...I just LOVE it!!!

  • Sri Shiva is an indian for Nature, this pictures are the best for the representation of this music by Krishna Das

  • I really enjoyed the song. This Hindu trip I've been on has changed my life for the better. However the American "Indian" theme clashed so much with the East "Indian" religious, cultural, and linguistic subject that is "Om Namah Shivaya", that I had to avert my eyes and switch to a more East Indian video. Mixing of the two cultures on this video for me was just so distracting and detracted from my experience. I'm sure I'm not alone on this. But, hey, do what you want, I just won't watch.

  • @NightWalkerEJS I believe is the spirituality of the American Indian the connection to this song. Who better than the American Indian in the west connected with the spirit of every living and nonling things, the elements ...... to much to say.

    This is what i feel.

  • @CroatiansWithGuitars Thankyou for the lyrics. Much Gratitude!

  • Perfect! Thank you...

  • where can i find posters with these images?

  • Absolutely heart warming. I listen to this frequently and it never becomes old.

  • This has been my Mantra ever since i was 3, i have been listening to this man and his wonderful, enlightening music all my life, Go Krishna Das! Ohm Namah Shivya! ॐ

  • Krishna Das is the best! =)

  • hare Krishna, Hail Y'shua, Namah Shivaya.

    Hail Mary. jaya sri chaitanya.

What better than to express in native americans... :( a really wise set of people, if the native american population was like it was hundreds of years back, then the world would be a better place.

  • lindo video ,linda musica .

  • nun ja bin total ungezogen heute! wer hat bock zu schreiben oder camen

  • why not ?

  • We are all actors in the great play of duality being performed by the Eternal Singularity of all that is, will be, or ever was. Know Your own great gaze of destruction and creation forever, for It indeed casts a line of sight into the perpetual experience that is Yourself!

  • Smoke Salvinorin-A you guys. It reveals the immovable "supra-object" of eternal consciousness that is pulling the strings on all of us as some sort of strange game that unexplainable quite frankly. It all makes perfect sense when Sally explains it...trust me...

  • Is very good!!! a think this song is the best expression of cuality of life

  • nice work man, all spiritualitis, althought each one have his own way, convert to same holistic view of the source of the power, call you Siva, Great Spirit, Marianne, Holy Spirit, Diana, Zeus, Buri, Odin, Ain Soph, The One, Daena, Dana, YHVH, etc.

  • very bad choice off picture......Shiva is from India, not from Amerique

  • @monanais all pictures are shiva, SHIVA the eternal one is everyone---
