  • @oz2gbw

It can - watch the last one :-)

  • Better idea: The hammer fires when you release that red thing.

  • niceee

  • Nice engineering. Did you make it all yourself? I like anything homemade especially if its built from scratch. Do you have a website with some pictures of how you made this stuff? Keep up the good work and have a look at my homemade stuff if you have spare time.

  • i ment cheytac m923173812973912 ultrA ?

  • is this a cheytac m200 intervention lolz

  • I like the idea of the MP switch in front of the trigger, looks like a good idea

  • i want me one of theese!

  • @agentz100

Me too! Live and firing it.

But at least my next/current project will get a live fire demo vid :-)

  • @troubleshooterBerlin are those .22 rounds?

  • never mind

  • This is a replica gun not designed to be fired. (with a very slow lock-time)

So not a prototype of anything.

  • Sooooo is it a gun you made yourself or ...... ?

  • @USMCkenny13

It's homemade yes - please check the DESCRIPTION - pesky german gun law...

  • thanks for the super informative video of the mid-section of a rifle!

  • can it shoot or is it only for show?

  • @markuscoollife

Please read the DESCRIPTION - not allowed to make it live firing here.

  • nice job dude! looks osome!

  • thats tight ass man!

  • awesome

  • thats it?

  • good job man id be proud to hunt with that you could really put a thumpin on a deer awesome!!!

  • *snort* omg it looks liek the inervention

  • @troubleshooterberlin ok the gun look great cept u missing some things. with the barrel just sitting there it will have a pretty hefty kick. so if u would happen to make the barrel move back when it shoots making the recoil alittle less and make it alittle more noob friendly making it easier to use. but u dont want to get hit or the barrel to hit something and break. so i would put a cover over the bolt that goes to the stock jsut like a shell or something but make it rele tight with the barrel.

  • @devilsdemonsguy I'm not sure you can do that very well with a bolt gun. A reciprocating barrel can work on a semi-auto platform such as the M82/M107 but in a non-automatic cycling system your entire barrel/action assembly would have to move rearward, causing the shooter to have some serious problems manipulating the action. Also, there would be a lot of frustrating fabrication problems. It could potentially lessen accuracy as well.

  • awesome work dude

  • This is freaking Awesome man! Great Work!

  • woah that was very silent subsonic ammo!

  • @Haaksrikk0 how about you read the description....

  • @theillusionist6677 not sarcasm at all...

  • figures nazis with sniper rifles jk jk im part german lol

  • just worng cal..its normal

  • that is a really nice model but u would need a lock on the flip trigger so it would not go of when its dropped or something

  • Damnit, I want to design guns :D

  • @Hyshinara

    So just do it :-)

  • @troubleshooterBerlin No tools, no room for tools and no-to-low metalworking skills :(

I draw guns though and I study gamedesign, so I can at least design them in 3D :P

But I bet I could make awesome stuff if I can get some practice with a lathe, sawbench, milling machine, dremel and a vertical drill lol :P

  • @troubleshooterBerlin You're a great inspiration, dude. Great design! Got me into gun design ;)

  • @troubleshooterBerlin You dont need a license? How do you make the parts? Clip, bolt ect.

  • @DeWiz001

Of course - this is Germany!!! License required for almost everything...

Everything besides trigger module (modified), muzzle brake, bipod, grip panels and butt plate is homemade. Dummy barrel and bolt is brass - can't be altered to fire live ammo so it's legal without license.

Barrel, bolt and handguns additionally the frame are considered "essential parts" under the german gun law and require a permit to buy.

  • @DeWiz001 - In the US, you can manufacture your own firearm if you follow local and federal regulations. For instance, if there are no registration requirements for your firearm, then you can make a rifle in accordance with federal guidelines (barrel must be at least 18", must have a unique ID engraved on it, etc). You can never transfer or sell it either.

  • what kind of rounds it is used other that .300WinMag rounds??does the .308Win can used on this rifle or limited for only using .300Win rounds??

  • @ms14sGTR

of course could be chambered for the shorter .308 as well

  • @troubleshooterBerlin so uhh, when you are going to go live fire??

  • @ms14sGTR

My own live firing desins? Impossible here in Germany :-(

  • @troubleshooterBerlin even in shooting range??

  • @ms14sGTR

shooting at official ranges, rental guns etc. is possible but making live firing guns not

  • Garage gun??????

  • Aren't garage guns illegal in Germany?

  • @Crim15

Garage gun - that's the way they are called?

As long as they aren't live firing and can't (by using common tools) be converted to fire ammunition (live rounds, blanks) it is legal.

  • @troubleshooterBerlin It's one name for an improvised firearm. I built a working replica of a Sten using plumbing and bike parts. When I showed it to my uncle, he told me It's illegal..

  • @Crim15 Another win for the USA, they are legal. Especially ones that fire bullets.

  • @picassopainter2 That example I gave was happened in the U.S..

  • @Crim15 Well garage guns are nice and legal here in the good 'ol US of A... As are miniguns and flamethrowers.

  • @picassopainter2 Same with the rest of the world except in western Europe and the western pacific.

But to recap. When I showed my uncle a Working sten I built myself, He told me It's illegal. And that was in the U.S...

  • @Crim15 Well he was wrong.

  • @picassopainter2 He's a Police officer and He's never wrong about it..

  • @Crim15 Do you need a link to the article that proves me right?

  • @picassopainter2 Are you daft? You're going to believe the internet over an actual law enforcer about firearms and laws?. That's just blinking retarded..

  • @Crim15 I'm not saying this is some random shit in some douchebag's blog... It's a legitimate article from a legitimate source.

  • @picassopainter2 Does your "legitimate" source include the actual Laws, Provisions, Definitions, Ordinances, Restrictions, or Case Evaluations?

Bottom Line is Absolutely everything on the internet is of questionable legitimacy..

  • @rockerninja329

From what I can see, the part that gets pushed inwards is like a safety. Then after you push that in, it reveals the trigger itself.

  • i am guess this is the real firearm

  • That's a rather peculiar trigger 0_o. You push it inwards instead of pulling it?

  • @Rockerninja329 no thats a safety mechanism to prevent accidental discharge if say the gun was dropped.

  • @alpha819 and Dexmini; Ahh ok. Just never seen that kind of mechanism on a gun before. That is a good system though.

  • HELP!! I just got my first bb rifle and I can not adjust the scope. Can you help me? Thanx!!

  • @HotButterNFly

There are 2 adjustment knobs on your scope (one for elevation, one for left/right). On the cheaper ones (common on BB guns) they are often hidden under plastic covers which you must screw or pull off. Then you use a screwdriver to turn the screws visible now.

The reticle doesn't move. Have the rifle in a solid rest, look through the scope and make some test fires. Check if the holes in the target are where the reticle is. If not turn the respective srew a bit and try again.

  • @HotButterNFly Here is a link to ur problem. ( if ur still having a problem ) Youtube does not like when people post links so here is half of it. /watch?v=lLirsAFpsfE

  • Nice. I like the aesthetics of it. I'm designing a Semi-automatic sniper in .416 barrett. I'm designing it from the ground up for low-recoil, long range precision sniping in a Semi-auto platform. I won't get into specifics but I will say that it has a pretty innovative firing mechanism. Anyhow, how long did this particular design take you to produce? I'd love to have some sort of round estimate time-table if you could give one and also, how much did it cost you?

  • @Rogue4240

    Thanks :-)

Was the first gun design I made, never designed something like that or complex before. Took me about 18 month in my spare time. Nowadays I would be a bit faster but when you design from the ground up I'd guess 1 year. Depends on how much time you invest, what tooling you have, how many existing parts (barrel, trigger etc.) you can use...

Money - can't tell you a sum. Material, accessories etc. - not so much. The amount of time is determining - wish you success!

  • wow, and u have misfeeds with a asembles round, nice trotype

  • fuckin amazing. im doing weapons engineering myself =]

  • ?...

  • interesting, im working on a prototype rotating bolt 4.6x50mm combat system.

reliability of AK-47, with Acuracy of M-16 type rifles du to extremely high velocity ammunition. the round will either prove extremely devastating, or minimal damnage one of the 2.

  • @motlencore89

Yeah, a couple problems with using a round such as the 4.6 x 50. 1) it's an exotic round and probably won't get accepted by a major NATO country because it's exotic. It complicates the Logistical wagon train. It's best to have as many components of the gear in the same caliber, that way resupplies are much more simple. Better to airdrop 10000 rounds of 5.56mm than 1000 rounds of ten different calibers. The next comment is a continuation......

  • @motlencore89

Read my other one first... 2) The 4.6mm a previously largely untested round, so getting a large country to adopt your design would be difficult. Tried and true concepts are the best way to go if you want to get large powers involved. The reason I'm using the .416 round for my sniper design is because not only is it very accurate out to long ranges, but it has the same base dimensions as the .50 round. So, if necessary, it could be converted. logistics is an important caveat.

  • Great idea, very clever. Keep up the good work!

  • is that legal?

  • @driv3rg

Since it is non-firing :-( yes!

  • looks a lil like a m200

  • Lame! And you drop out the live bullet...

  • this is really cool especially like the look of the gun from what i can see and is the red flap a saftey measure like the glock pistols dual trigger system?

  • @sousadude30

    thanks!

The red switch acts as safety too - it's explained in the DESCRIPTION.

  • no BOOM!!

  • I have a concept I have been toying with to reduce the oal of a semi auto bullpup rifle action. Its is almost frictionless (improving efficiency accuracy and power) and enabling it to switch calibers. Calibers im looking at are 5.56(NATO) 7.62x39(AK) 6.8 SPC and 6.5 Grendel with a swap of a maximum of 4 parts (including magazine) and a minimum of 2 (6.5-7.62x39 including the magazine). Im not sure how hard it might be to get a patent and build a prototype.

  • @JsonbowN

Sounds interesting. You can do the patent application on your own - did this several times (patent lawyers in the U.S. shall be even more expensive than over here).

Building a semi-auto prototype could be pretty cheap and simple due to the nice gun law you have.

But first of all you would need to make a patent search to avoid patent infringement. Lots of work but you can do this on your own to keep costs down.

BTW - stop toying with the Taser :-)

  • that was stupid

  • still looks nice as

  • your presing to fast on the trigger...

  • @KristianLynggaard

I got some remarks on this right from the beginning... :-)

Well - I'm a lefty but presented it right-handed since lefties operating guns (and other stuff) looks a bit strange sometimes.

And my right hand trigger finger obviously needed some coaching (worked on this in the meantime).

  • @KristianLynggaard he is just dry-firing

  • was dat last round a live round?

  • baust du die gewehre usw. selber??

  • Not to sound like a Modern Warfare nerd but if you look closely looks like an intervention

  • Da last one was real!

  • @mrtall9999 Yeah but at the end he unloads the live one without firing so in my opinion EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ITS PROBABLY BLANK BULLETS NOT A FAKE!

  • Im a gun Fanatic and a huge hunter and have been shooting since i was 7 years old and i know for a fact you are shooting already fired/ empty/ blank shell that peicce of crap doesnt do anything

  • Well, meanwhile you became such a "huge" hunter etc. - maybe you failed to learn reading?

Its all explained in the DESCRIPTION.

  • @GeneralDG2 Daaaamn it took a seasoned hunter to realize those were blanks. How observant of you.

  • @GeneralDG2 no shit sherlock

  • @GeneralDG2 great work sherlock......... every retard can see that that are spend shells

  • WERE THE FUCK IS THE NOISE. Yur just bullshiting us arent you !! there would of been noise from the gun !!

  • @birdboy10 hes showing us how the gun works read description dumbass

  • That's really a shame. This is such a great design, it's too bad it will never send lead down range. Are you currently designing any other firearms?

  • Thanks.

And yes (all the time) - one project finished (last: modified AUG) next one starts...

  • Very cool. Move to the US so you can start manufacturing!

  • @sykop8ntballer

thanks - but easier said than done...

Apart from the relocation/immigration stuff - manufacturing license, insurances (e.g. product liability), patents (time and costs), premises, tools, material... and that's only what comes to my mind at this point. When actually doing I would be faced with lots of additional problems. And most of these would require big bucks...

  • @troubleshooterBerlin That's true. What does it take for a civilian to manufacture firearms in Germany? Is it outright Illegal or can you get a permit? I think you could make some pretty good money with this product.

  • @sykop8ntballer

Manufacturing for your personal use (like in the US - almost no restrictions) not possible here.

Manufacturing for commercial purposes requires you to become a gunsmith (several years of full-time training).

At the end it would be very costly to manufacture it in small numbers and selling it to the military/police almost impossible here and the civilian market is way too small :-(

  • @troubleshooterBerlin

What gave you the impression Americans can manufacture their own guns? That'll land you some serious jail time here if caught. You have to have a specific FFL for that, not just a dealer's license, you also have to have an FFL to do professional gunsmithing. We have hoops to jump through, just not nearly one tenth as many as other countries.

  • @roddycluff

As far as I know (just checked the ATF homepage again - FAQ) this relates to NFA firearms (machine guns, SBR's etc.). "Normal" firearms don't require a special permit as long as you make them for your own use (not for sale). In contrast to licensed manufacturers (business activity) there isn't even a serial number required (but recommended).

  • @roddycluffdid wo wo wo did you just dis america you dumb fuc

  • dude what the fuck u thing ur doing ?! you aint even shooting blanks !!!

  • .300 WinMag

    please check the DESCRIPTION

  • wow nice job, bolt-action rifle. what did u make it out of? did u have expensive materials or just household items

  • Thanks.

Well - no household items but no expensive material either.

Aluminum and vanilla steel and solid brass for the bolt. Must not be able to convert into a live firearm and the materials used must indicate that you didn't try to manufacture a firearm (gun smith only here).

  • did u design and make this???

  • Yes - please check the DESCRIPTION (to the right of the video window).

  • if the ejection port is as wide as a casing then hoe do you eject a live round from the gun when you want to unload it?

  • @applefan236

    Hmm nice thinking..

    Thumbs up

  • I'm only 12

  • Ejecting a live round as shown in the video (watch last one). Or if you remove the mag and pull the bolt back slowly it comes off the mag well.

Nothing special: Ar15 e.g. - cover the rear part of the ejection port (up to where the spring of the dustcover starts) Remaining port is just as long as an empty shell. Now pull back the bolt (at medium speed) the cartridge will leave the ejection port.

The only exeption I know of are cartridges with extremely lightweight bullets (plastic or wood).

  • Comment removed

  • That first round he put in the mag. snap cap or live round... ?

  • @battlefield2comb

it's a dummy round (shell and bullet)

  • Lol there is absolutly no Noise

  • @MrMEjustME empty shells dude....

  • That's because it's unloaded, Numbnuts.

  • is that a safety system near the trigger?

  • The safety is just an additional feature. Please check the DESCRIPTION - it's explained there.

  • i am throughly impressed with this rifle

a great shame that it cant shoot

this video deserves a higher rating

post more videos if possible please?

    =)

  • Thank you

There will be another video (sooner or later)...

    :-)

  • if you made this great gun man! nice and ugly(compliment) ugly guns are more intimidating than prett guns and that safety flap nice addition too so there arnt as many accidental discharges

  • Why did't you pull the triger on the last round :)))

  • wepon looks shit

  • hes not even firing it

  • LOT O CREEP ON DAT TRIGGER

  • that grip looks like it came from a revolver.

  • it's a TRAUSCH grip for a Manurhin MR73

can be adjusted for the correct trigger distance

  • great rifle, i would hate to hear that if it fired, 300 winmag is loud!

  • the ejection port should be longer than the round with the bullet in case one doesn't fire, then you can actually clear the chamber instead of dissasembling your gun to get it out...

  • I agree... with the second part.

It does eject complete rounds (the last one).

  • the bolt doesn't shut properly???

  • I wish one or two would take time and read the DESCRIPTION:

"... is not able to chamber a live cartridge or a similar dummy. You can't close the bolt completely with a round in front of ..."

Was the first "non-gun" I built and wanted to be on the safe side.

  • oh i see, stupid laws eh...

  • i love the easy thin trigger

  • id make a zip gun

  • Reminds me a little of the PTRS-41

  • I've started seeing SO many comments about the PTRS-41 right after Call of Duty 5 came out. -_-

  • I know, but I would have written that comment even if CoD5 never came out :p

  • holly shit, that things a frickin beast!!!

  • That looks pretty neat, nice trigger too..

  • That trigger is neat, it's one of a kind, eh?

  • Yeah - haven't seen it anywhere else.

  • its probable that this is no longer a prototype, maybe its even out of date by now.

  • May be the one or other got some inspiration from it - the Remington MSR for example (picture below in the DESCRIPTION).

But the uber-reliable feeding is unrivaled so far and never out of date :-)

  • Its actually beingused by the british as there main snper rifle

  • L96, L115A3 ?

    Barely similarities here...

  • The only difference I see between the L96 and the prototype is the stock and the bolt handle, the L96 could have been built off this prototype, the both even fire .300 Winchester Magnum.

  • okay so it doesnt even shoot? man that is shit

  • Damn german gun law >:(

  • :-( :-( :-( !!!

  • if the law donesnt let u buy something, make ur own

  • not allowed either of course...

  • turn 21, then you can get the right to own guns.

  • 18 for a rifle and shotgun

  • we want bullets not shels

  • booooooooooooooooooooooooring

  • Aha, it seems like Germany has yet another future weapon designer?

  • :-)

    Who knows ?

But as it stands it probably won't be Germany...

  • awesome...blanks ehh?

  • Empty shells and a dummy round.

Even blanks are considered ammunition here in contrast to the US. And so it would require a difficult to obtain manufacturing license to build even a blank gun... :-(
