Please help, I saw a documentary about our fallen Canadian soldiers tonight (Dec 7 2008). There was a tiny girl (4 to 6 y.old approx), dressed in pink, crying as her dad, a fallen soldier, had just arrived (in Trenton, I beleive). I do not know the name of her father, but I would like to send this little girl a Christmas gift. I saw her on tv and could not stop crying. I would like to tell her our family is praying for her. LSSR was the only unit to sink enemy craft in ww2 with motars an small arms....a little more honor should have been given...plus as unfortunate as his death was ...it did change support for our troops in a positive way...at least in thunder bay....which is unuasual..
