Billups was starting at SG on a playoff team led by Garnett and Terrell Brandon. It took Billups six years to finally get the opportunity to show he can be a leader and even then it was thanks to Brandon's injury. You can't just sit there and say as fact that Mayo won't get there.

I love billups and am a huge pistons fan, but as an nba fan in general it fuckin pisses me off that these guys like Billups and many others(AI, Marbury, etc..) can dunk so easily, yet very rarely ever do. I know from watching literally 100's of Billups games that he misses tons(more than any other PG I've seen)of layups at the rim, that if he would dunk them it would be good.
