i have a 6 feet long tank ... and its 9 months old ... i have recently fit 2 t5 54w and i have 2 mh ( i use it only for 2hours daily and t5 for 4 hours daily ) can i keep CLAM ????????

@319PurpleHaze You should look into doubling the amount your lights are on if not more on mt 165 gal. tank I have 1-400 watt MH and 4-54 watt T5's and the T5 are on for 10.5 hrs ."actinic" and the MH is on for 9 hrs a day. Think about it this way other then in the north and south poles where on earth does the sun only shine for 2 hours a day ? The light cycle is one of the most important parts on the aquarium, in a salt water system it regulates lots of things , mainly the PH of your system.
