Bummer. He looks AMAZING!!! I have an appy too and I'm trying to train him in Dressage. Do you know what bit was used with him? I am trying to find a bit that is gentle but will tell my boy that he can't goof off while I show him. I just bought an eggbutt snaffle with a french link space in the middle. I have him in a kimberwick and a pelham (2 diff. bridles)now but since those are both illegal Dressage bits I don't know what to use.
I found three piece bits like the KK or Sprenger which are both dressage legal were the best for Cody. I started with eggbuts first then went to the loose ring form of these bits. Good luck
Ok thanks. Is a french link / dr. bristol mouth piece legal for dressage? I think I will keep him in the frech link eggbutt just to start with cuz he doesn't like bits with copper or alloy or rubber on them becasue he over salivates and he doesn't understand y. Thanks for the help!!!
That is the most gorgeous horse I have ever seen in my life! Omg whoever owns him is soooo lucky.
