never said low 13's but it will do high 13's stock i have seen vids and seen 1 at the track . dam man i test drove 4 cvt's and they all suck man how can you love it lol its so much slower than the 6sp.and its like 200lbs more than my 3rd gen
its an easy win for the altima allday everyday i seen them run 14.0-14.3 stock and with the mods he has they can run mid to high 13's easy 0-60 in 5.7-5.9 sec
@MK3SUPRA11 I know I keep having people saying no way your Altima will beat a Charger R/T. Well number one I have a 4th gen with 270HP stock vs the 3rd gen in this video. Number two the Altima is much lighter. Number 3 these Chargers still use a 5 speed automatic transmission. Number 4, people don't understand power to weight ratio lol. Drives me crazy. I have beaten my friends 2010 R/T twice now.
the 4th gen only dyno's 5-10whp more than the 3rd gen is your 4th gen cvt i hope not i killed so many 4th gen cvt altima's when my altima was stock now im putting down 261whp. but yea the r/t's are to big but the new 2011 rt will rape a stock altima they run in the 13's stock
@MK3SUPRA11 I have the CVT and love it. Low 13's stock for 2011 RT lol. I doubt it, I don't really go off the magazine times (not always accurate). I will when I see it at the track, until then I doubt it because according to some of the magazines the curb weight is 4410 for the 2011 RT (up from 4150). It still uses the same 5 speed automatic and has the same horsepower and torque. Well 2 more hp I believe from 368 to 370. So we will see soon enough.
@sexyalti35 VIAS plate is by nissan works performance and removes the intake butterfly valve. About 10hp/10tq from 3K on up but you lose some low end torque just below 3K. Makes it easier to launch at the track but all power from there on out.
if thats really a rt, than it needs a better driver!get someone in that thing that knows how to drive at the track ,and see if the nissan still wins so easily..
A 9.8 1/8 for the Charger RT?! Wow, either the conditions are horrible, or that car needs a driver mod... They should be running very low 9's. You straight one though.
